Served me a cold burger with unmelted cheese. Asked for grilled onions and gave me raw onions. The burger litterally looks like play food. Will never go back to a Wendy's again. Second worst $12 I've ever spent on food.

All around 1 star the food always seems poor quality and the staff are very rude to what seems to be new employees I don’t believe they deserve that kind of treatment for trying their best

I first went to the Wendy's on Fredericksburg Rd. I ordered a pineapple mango drink I had specifically gone to get a dreamsicle frosty. First I was asked what I wanted to order and then they said hold on and then we waited a while and they finally came back and I ordered the order and I asked if they had the dreamsicle Frosty and they said yes and then I went to the window to pay and then the guy comes and says oh I'm sorry we don't have the dreamsicle frosty we're out. WTH? So I said that's fine scratch the whole order and I left.I then proceeded to go to the Wendy's on Callaghan off of 410 and I got my order but unfortunately it tasted like nothing that a dreamsicle taste like, it tasted more like an orange sherbet I couldn't even taste the vanilla in it.However my son did like his pineapple mango drink.The servers were very nice and hospitable.

Harassed, embarrassed, stressed used to taking advantage of treated unfairly and never got a equal opportunity to be productive in my position, also feel alienated by not getting an equal chance to get over my sickness from covid and come back to work with my doctor's excuse for my absence within 24 hours the next day I was fired when I went up there to present my covid test that I took from home I haven't talked to a manager supervisor about this situation I was told when I came to present covid test that I was wrote up tried to clock in and I was not clocked I was fired at the system the next day I didn't get are you okay March 15th 2024 manager of supervisor since the day I was wrote up for being sick with covid4 4:00 came out and going home even though I went through protocol and told the manager that I need to go home I feel sick no response but plenty lives endangered so I made the right decision 20 minutes later as I was getting more sick so it's not me against Wendy's it's me serve customers future customers with their kids a fresh meal.. so do I deserve to get fired I looked at as a person that was trying to decrease the spreadness of COVID-19 this is located in San Antonio Texas,4860 NW,loop 410 78229, I felt I did no wrong but saved a lot of people from getting sick simple and plain I deserve my job or feedback are understanding from Wendy's in Whole are compensation for my stress confusion discriminated wasn't giving no empathy , for what I was going through Thanksgiving and a bad Christmas I'm just but the whole time at Wendy's I was going through it only had 2 days a week of working but was hired for full time.. so when they needed me when they needed me they called me . I was there next step should I take this further?? Please before answering 2 seconds put yourself in my shoes before answering thanks and God bless

Waled in to order some lunch and as soon as I walked in the building the front counter lady rolled her eyes. I pull out my phone to redeem an iteme on the app and she tells me the scanner in not working. So before I have a chance to took at the menu and make my food choice, she moves on to the next customer. She was very rude, no customer service skills at all. I walked out and wet to McDonald's instead. Have a very pleasant experience at McDonald's.

Overall a very slow and poor ran Wendy’s. Food was cold. Soda machine didn’t work, ketchup was out. Worst part is when you finally get someone to give you a soda or condiments it’s like you are an inconvenience. We made a poor decision coming to this location.Parking: Plenty of parking.

The service is super slow, there is a very young girl in front, the ice machine doesn't work, so the drinks taste horrible, you ask for ice and they give it to you in cash, I didn't like it, I think the people who work there need to do it quickly and with more attitude. pay attention to what is missing, for example in the drinks machine

I am a big fan of Wendy's .My first job growing up and when I go, I expect them to have that good old fashioned service we were taught and yes the food . This location the speed of service is kinda slow especially the drive thru,but it's worth the visit because the food was fresh . Customer service can use a bit of a tune up but none the less worth the visit for hot fresh food . ?

I maybe get fast food once it twice a year. I had to work late and was just hungry and tired- bad mood all the way around. I stopped at Wendy's because it's next door to my apartment. Let's just say my attitude and mood was completely different upon leaving. The girl that helped me, I think her name was Kimberly- she was so kind and patient with me. I know she really could care less but she made me feel like she was honestly interested in hearing me complain about my day. Her cheerful upbeat attitude is exactly what I didn't know i needed. My food was hot, ingredients fresh, experience was by far the best I've ever had. I'm so happy I chose to stop there tonight. You probably will never see this but Thank You Kimberly! You are the sweetest person I've met in a really long time!!!
