The females restroom was broken with a big hole where the doorknob was so I asked the lady that took my order if the restroom was open or available and she said yes its open..... And so I thought to myself ok but everyone and anyone can see u or go in there because it's only a single restroom.

I order a mobile order and when you place a movie order it allows you to put the option on where you want to get your order. And they didn’t want to hand me the food at the drive thru window even though I placed it for the drive thru and made me go to the front of the building to get my order. When they didn’t have a like were not busy but handed me my drinks at the window. Worst experience! Manger rude as hell but the employees are nice!!! Will never be going back to this location!!

They told me to pull in to the mobile area from drive thru and had me sitting there for over 10 minutes waiting for my food. I go inside and they haven't even made it. Apparently don't come here during shift change. SMH ugh

They do not even deserve one star spent 70.00 for an order had to go back in three times just for everything to still be wrong then since I ordered on the am I asked for a refund and they said I needed to go through the app the management and employees were very rude I am sorry if you don’t like your job how is this my fault I just can’t believe the service this is coming from someone who’s been In customer service for 15 years you don’t treat a customer like this very disappointed in Wendy’s .!

Went through the drive through and NOBODY was in-line or visibly in the restaurant to eat in. Waited 3 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me at the drive through after politely asking for someone twice. Pulled up to pay and there’s 2 workers and other older man in casual that I assume works there or something because he stood outside for a smoke break near the drive through window while I waited for my order… I don’t understand how for a empty fast food restaurant everything took so long especially since my burger wasn’t even warm enough to melt the cheese. Not to mention that their version of a mini burger meal cost $11 and I still never got a straw.

The food was dry hard and cold it was nasty the burger meat was hard as hockey puffs they didn’t have ice they took forever to serve us our food so our drink was hot honestly just a waste of money I do not recommend and will not be going back and we weren’t the only ones other people was at the register complaining and it was a onion skin and my burger

Horrible service, horrible wait time, employees wouldn’t open the bathroom, (they used a card to open the dooor), floors sticky, forgot my kids nuggets, gave me the wrong sandwich, nothing was refilled like straws and napkins, and had a horrible attitudes the moment we walked in. Felt Like we were wrong to come in and order food ? never again.

I ordered pickup for a separate order and didn’t want to be disappointed in case they didn’t have their “freshly made salads” I ordered 2 Apple chicken Salad and the apples were super soggy the chicken not freshly cooked. Spent almost $20.00 for 2 salads!! Very disgusted and disappointed!! Old A$$ food!!! Make sure it’s fresh, like how Wendy’s has it advertised!!!!!
