I ordered 2 doubles and got 3 singles.,My burgers were cold and I haven't eaten there since. The condiments that I wanted was incorrect. Wendy's is my favorite fast food but this experience was terrible. I'm very disappointed. The food app was hard to deal with. Please do better.

Store closes at 1am on friday. Arrived at 12:34. Tokd they were closed at they were cleaning inside. Very disappointing how this Wendy's location decides to close early "cause they want to". Pathetic.

I've come here a few times now to try and redeem my opinion of it. Unfortunately this is the best I got. It's clean which is nice. As for the rest... food.tasting not fresh and everyone seems like they're on their first day even the managers. Soo lost and unorganized. The manager who is an older lady with short curly hair is very rude. Cuts off everyone while they are trying to place orders. When something is wrong she tells them it's not her fault and argues consistently.

I’ve come to this location a few times and each time has been horrible. This has to be the slowest Wendy’s on the planet. I place a mobile order each time I go there and I wait at least 15 minutes for my food. Don’t place a mobile order at this location. You’re wasting your time if you do. Order accuracy is poor. They don’t read your order. If your order a sandwich customized, they’ll get it wrong. EVERY TIME. I ordered a double with no tomatoes and they gave me a plain sandwich. No tomatoes, no ketchup, no mustard, no onions. Just meat and cheese. Don’t waste your time at this location. Everyone wants to raise prices but the quality of service does not justify the raise. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Rude manager, called to talk to her about a food issue. She couldn’t listen to what I had to say as she was too busy interrupting me. When I clearly stated to her that I wasn’t interested in getting anything as a result of my complaint she was then able to listen a little better. My son had a piece of plastic inside his chicken and he said it tasted weird. Within an hour he had vomiting and diarrhea from it. I just wanted to make sure she was aware before it was served to anyone else.

When did the price increase from $2 to $6 on the grilled chicken burrito? When I unwrapped it from the paper it looked like they didn’t try to make it a burrito. It looked like they threw everything together and put little cheese on top. This is the last time I’m coming to Wendy’s. The service is bad and the prices keep going up.
