I just left Wendy drive thru the girl working the drive thru very rude bad attitude her customer service very poor me n my friend had to separate order so my friend got a frosty with a coupon I got a baconator with a coupon she denied my service cuz she said it cab only be one coupon per car I said no its one coupon per order and I asked to speak to a Manger she denied me that so then I said ill just go inside and order she u shouldn't cause ill make sure they won't take that coupon how rude and threatening was that lady she works the after none I went about 7:30pm also when we drove up to the window my friend tried getting her attention n she ignored us...great food worse service

Went through the empty drive thru at 9 pm and after 10 min I still didn't have my order taken. Worker said they had multiple orders through the drive thru and inside, even though I was the only car outside and saw only two people ordering inside. Then they said I could either keep waiting or shut the hell up. Extremely rude and slow service for no reason

Several drive thru orders days have been wrong. Ordered double get single,orders bacon,no bacon. It's not till we get home to our surprise see the mistakes. But get charged full price and no receipt for proof.
