I think it’s sad how this location is ran. It looks like a brand new location but the staff here don’t seem to care for service. I went yesterday inside and the staff looked like they didn’t want to be there. No one was cooking and everything I got was cold. My toddler got nothing but cold food and I waited for a long time to receive my order. When I went outside the line was so long. For what!! You’re staff were all there you’re staff was being lazy and didn’t want to work that’s why the line was long.

I’m sure managers are supposed to have better customer service skills that what we received. Our time here was maybe 5 -10 minutes because we were in the drive through and all of it was horrible. We couldn’t hear much out of the drive through speaker and the person whom I am assuming was the manager was rude as if we weren’t trying to hear anything thing he said. We told him what we wanted and were about order the drinks as well when we were cut off and told to go to the window. We went to the Window and got asked our drinks we asked for 1 on the drinks to be sweet tea when the MANAGER RUDELY interrupted, SLAMMED window and made all the drinks, sweet tea.after we payed and got the the food just for it to be cold. WORST WENDY’S EVER.

Went here for lunch one day, and they didn't have any chili, really? They said it would be an hour before it would be ready. Total fail. Then, they got my order wrong. Check your bag before leaving this place.

My local Wendy’s is on Protranco Rd & Hunt Ln and the service is HORRIBLE! This is my third time experiencing the carelessness.Food is cold, Food was thrown in the bag, and to top it off order is incorrect.Drive-thru sucks, no good customer serviceOpen experience, no hello, no smiles nothing.Instead got attitude & frustration. I will never go there again. If they are not happy working there they need to look for a job elsewhere.I’m calling main office I’m so done with that location. Bad service bad food!

This location has been having issues for awhile. No matter what time of day you go, no matter if they busy or empty, it’s a disappointment. Cold food, waiting 4x the normal wait time for a fast food. Always understaffed, I’ve dined in and seen employees walk out leaving management covering the line etc…I believe it’s an issue at this location because I’ve visited others and haven’t had these issues

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I’m 10 weeks pregnant and all I wanted was some spicy chicken nuggets (cravings). When I went they gave me my food and I left. I started eating my fries because they were fresh. When I got to my nuggets I took one bite & it WAS COLD! & rock hard! So I went back and I wanted my money back for the inconvenience they caused me & I wanted my nuggets replaced. The lady at the window, her name was Karen, was RUDE AS HELL. Then the manager took forever to come to the window & he asked me for my half eaten fries back & my nuggets. AND HE DIDNT EVEN GIVE ME A FULL REDUND. he gave me only $10 when my combo was almost $12. This is the worst Wendy’s ever. I will make the drive to go to another Wendy’s but I will NEVER come back here. Serving cold food to customers & not caring is horrible. ZERO STARS!

Went in on Easter Sunday. It smelled like dirty floor water. The staff was so slow. Fries were disgusting fried burnt Crisps and we waited almost 40 minutes for 2 frostys. The machine wasn't even on.

This is the 2nd Wendy's I've been to that wasn't bust and the food was not hot. My bacon double stack, sandwich by itself, had half a sliver of bacon. Seems like cost cutting measures. If store is not busy food should be hot. 2 stars only bec the staff were ok. I was so disappointed. Sorry Wendy's no more chances.

I guess Wendy's is competing with McDonald's. McDonald's ice cream machine never works and every Wendy's I've been to especially this location the soda machine NEVER works. Ughh so frustrating. False advertisement I want hot crispy fries. But food is OK not great but hey for $5 biggie bag it will do.
