Ordered some biggie meals on a mobile order. When I got to the window, they didn't know what my drinks were, ok fine, after sorting that out had to pull up and wait for a while. When the food came out, all the sandwiches were made wrong, and food was already cold. It had already been like 30-40 min, so just asked for a refund. Manager called GM and they concluded it had to be done in the app, when I showed there wasn't an option, she gave me the number of the GM to call. Called, told him I was looking for a refund, he said he was surprised I would ask for that. Explained what happened, to which he said it had to be done through the app. After going back and forth for a bit, turns out it's another number to call, not through the app. All around bad experience.

No Lies

I wouldn't give any stars at all, bad customer service wait for someone to take my order. After my order was serve no ketchup available the ketchup container had gnats I asked for ketchup at the counter they just say to and get from the container I told them they had gnats on it, nobody care they just keep going.

The food was good and the employees were polite and very fast. The cole machine had only a few kind of drinks. Most everything was out. I had to choose water and i paid for a drink.

I had went through the drive through and ordered a medium coffee with 2 medium fries. Then after paying was told to pull up and i waited 10-15 minutes when there was no one else in line and no one inside the restaurant. after receiving my coffee first i tasted it and realized it tasted like sugar syrup so i asked the lady to re make it when she brought out my fries. she didn’t understand me after repeating it 5 times then she went back inside and came back out with more sugar .. then she took my drink went back in and brought me a black coffee then after going back in a 3rd time a manger came out yelling “ WHAT DO YOU WANT “ even tho the car was close enough to her .. a horrible and rude experience and even after getting my coffee the last time they put no sugar in it and just coffee with creamer. The worst customer service and rude people.

Locked doors at 950pm even though dining room doesnt close until 1200am. Employees said they are not allowed to open the doors. No signs on either door saying the lobby is closed early. Employees should put up signs if they are closing the lobby before posted times. The manager said the restrooms are out of order so she is required to have the lobby closed. Which restroom are the employees using? Does the owner know the restrooms are closed?

5 stars across the board. In this case I had a slight mix up with the order. I went in and talked with them and they comped the meal even though they didn't have to. Definitely making them my main Wendy's

So, I ordered the Apple Pecan Salad, which is supposed to include, apple bites, dried cranberries, chicken, dressing, blue cheese & pecans. I did order homestyle chicken... well, they just gave me the patty, not cut in pieces.. no cranberries, and no blue cheese. I still got charged the full price... complete ripoff!!too far to drive back..

Went to get two 6 piece nuggets that was all.There were 6 people working. I had to wait 5 minutes before they took my order, mind you I was first in line there was only one person behind me. I placed my small order and after waiting almost ten minutes and watching the person that was behind me get their huge order. I went and asked about my order the very rude woman looked at me like I was crazy. So after some searching, they were able to give me my order, and after the rude woman who should not be dealing with customers, told another employee that I yelled at her, I did not. I was able to get my very old, cold, and just horrible nuggets that I threw away. I will never go to this Wendy's ever again.

This is based off three different occasions, two of the occasions at the drive-thru window, they said “we are not taking any orders”- this is approximately 1pm on a Sunday today 2/25/24 and another time 12pm on a Sunday. The third was a Sunday night at 8pm, I went inside to place my order to go, it was 47 minutes until I got my to- go order that was not correct. I give places numerous chances before I have to warn people or complain. I really wish things could be different at this location.
