I ordered $32 worth if food, 2 combos & a bigge bag. I took my food went all the way home just to find out they forgot to put in my 10 piece nuggets & fries. So I went back & let them know. I never get upset with fast-food workers for forgetting items, because i get it, the job isn't fun & things happen. But.I told them I was missing the whole meal, except for the drink, I pull to the window hand them receipt & they hand me my order. I take a look & it's still missing the fries. I wave them down & tell the lady there, & as she let's what I assume is her manager know.Her manager yells "I know he's lying but I don't care"I've been going to this Wendy's since 2014 never had an issue, but that comment pissed me off

I order Wendy's online and the one driver picks up my food and then I check again a different driver was picking up my food And I was checking on my tracking online about my food They say that my food was canceled I was upset and mad about that I never going to order Wendy no more It's a lot of mistakes and they do have good food

Walked in requesting fresh fries. Didn't get that in the onset. So I tried to relay that to the manager who then proceeded to be confrontational walked away using foul language. Was told he was not using it on me. I then spoke to the other manager and relayed my plight. Although foul language is common practice but is not acceptable for family business.

Went for breakfast at the South Cross, San Antonio location and it was great!...food was delicious, freshly made and the service was amazing. The restaurant was very clean and the lady welcoming customers is extremely nice. Definitely recommend.
