Placed on online order said it would be ready in 3-6 min. It was a kids meal and medium onion rings. I live real close so went right over and checked in. Stood there waiting for about 20 min ms while ppl that came in and ordered after me were getting their food. I asked the manager if he could check on my order.. I watched them barely drop the onion rings so I guess the other stuff was ready and getting cold.. then he pulls them out before they’re ready (still soggy) I guess in an attempt to hurry up.. this place is complete trash. Always getting orders wrong and taking forever. I keep telling myself not to go but my daughter wanted a kids meal. Last time !!

Had a horrible experience with this company. I got the Whataburger app and for getting the app I got a free Whataburger coupon! Sounds great, right!? But the problem was nothing worked right! I went through all the screens to get what I wanted, and it showed me that my order had gone through and I'd payed for it, but when I showed up at the restaurant, there was no record of me doing anything over the app.Someone in charge I guess she was a manager checked her computer and said that the order was never sent and I needed to do it again. I went through the whole process a second time and still nothing ever came up on her end. We double checked that I was at the right restaurant, but nothing worked. she basically shrugged her shoulders and walked away from me and I walked out of the restaurant without any food. Nobody was rude, but nobody went out of their way to help me either.In retrospect, all she had to do was say, “I’m so sorry for the trouble! What do you want and I’ll charge you and make it for you right away!” but nobody offered to help me in any way or do anything extra.Why would you want to lose a customer just because the app didn’t work? Overall, my experience was just sad: sad service, sad app, sad ex customer.
