I bought the spicy chicken sandwich and it had something black in the middle. It supposed to be all white meat nothing black! Plus this is not normal like a dark meat piece of chicken!! This chicken was bad and it looked worse!! I took it back with the fried new I didn't eat any fries and the girl at the wondow said it looked fine it looked white. When I handed it to her I told her to look at it but she took it inside and closed the window then came back and said it looked good to her and that it looked just like chicken to her when I asked if she looked at it she said she threw it away and that she wasn't going to dig in the trash to go look at it! She had it in her hands and had the chance to look at it and she didn't!! But I took pictures and I showed them and they were speechless after that. They probably thought they could deny it and act like if nothing happened! But they didn't know I had pictures!! After they saw the pictures I told them I wanted a refund and they deny it to me! They say i can wait for them to drop a new one! I hardly eat what a burger but after this i don't know if I'm ever coming back!!

The two older ladies working here (one of them wears red lipstick) were super nice. I ran outside to see why my EV stopped charging and they were kind enough to keep my food warm for me rather than leaving it out on the counter. The little details matter. :)
I didn't buy anything cuz I waited 14 min in the Drive-Thru.. So I jumped the curve just to get out I end up going to a taco truck which was way much faster.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered a double meat Whataburger and it was HORRIBLE! The day crew food is so so much better than evening! Meat was sitting by the grill on the meat board and reheated on the grill and no seasoning at all. Skimpy toppings and over all HORRIBLE taste! I know the meat was sitting and reheated because I worked for Whataburger...I KNOW what they do. The grease adhered to the meat too thick. That's how you can tell. Just grose

Today wasn't a good togo breakfast ?Hash browns were chewy not crispy not fresh. Same with the biscuits they were hard and not fresh. Got biscuits and gravy couldn't even cut thru the biscuit top or bottom. Service down 2 stars asked for strawberry jam for the plain biscuit ordered and got two containers of pancake syrup.
