This location was great several months ago not sure what happened but as of today this location is the worst, please find any other location. This is the closest whataburger to my home which is 15 minutes away. I have gone to this location three times over the last 10 days. The first time our food was cold but we are not picky so it was fine and we did not bring it to the stores attention. The second time half the order was missing and we didn’t realize until we were home and had to drive 15 minutes back the other direction in order to feed my family and get the order corrected. Tonight for breakfast they took our order at the drive through menu and they read the order back to us correctly twice; once at the menu and once at the window. They then charged us for something different than what we had ordered and was read back to us. We noticed the issue after he charged our card and provided the receipt so we then let them know the first line item was right on the receipt and the second item should have been a bob bacon. They proceeded to give us the wrong item and took out the only item they got right in the order out of the bag. After attempting to communicate with the staff and seeing them dig through the bag to correct the order we believed the order had been corrected. However, it had not been corrected and some how we still managed to get home with the WRONG food and the food that was provided was soaked in grease. I will not be coming back to this location for the foreseeable future and will be frequenting other food establishments.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!! KEEP DRIVING!!!! I spoke to Adriana on the phone about issues I was having and he didn't offer a resolution and kept saying take it up with louis botello. Louise never reaches.out to resolve an issue. This location doesnt care about the customers ur order or anything ...their dining room and especially their restrooms are extremely dirty,..DO NOT USE THEIR RESTROOMS FOR ANY REASON!!!!!!! I hate this location do not come here ....go to the Walzem or Austin hwy location. Louise and Adriana U SUK AND SO DOES THIS LOCATION ...DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

Well, that's what you can expect in this place, clean bathrooms, enough staff, clean dining area, I usually order the apple salad with grilled chicken and a double burger for my son and well, we always get what we expect, and we do. most important bilingual cashiers
