The mgr Sarah at this location is rude. Nasty excuse for an human. Update: the general mgr Jessica reached out. Honestly she was zero help. Her attitude was pretty much the same. I can now see why this location is failing. It starts at the top. I asked her if she has ever read the Google reviews which she had not. I reminded her that she might want to review them. It would explain the bigger picture. She didn’t seem to care lol

Ordered a Fish combo with no tomatoes with a tea. (My lady is allergic to tomatoes) The order was correct on the receipt. Got home there were tomatoes on the sandwich. Called it in. They said come back and they'll replace it. I'm home already had a long day, tired, etc. A lil irritated cause I went to sleep hungry. For the inconvenience they should give my money back and replace the comboNot just replace it. I dont live close to this location.

The reason why I gave you 3 stars for service, is because the woman taking my order seems short and annoy. And there no other customers behind us. Excellent food.

So I’m positive I was given old coffee… it tasted so bitter and unlike it’s ever tasted before. I’m shocked.If you guys aren’t going to make a fresh pot, then don’t offer coffee all day please. This isn’t the first time this has happened.Some of us have jobs that have us working late hours.I’d rather wait for fresh good coffee than be given old coffee especially when I’m going through the drive-thru for that only. Y’all weren’t very busy, either.Normally, I would have gone in and let y’all make it right, but I had my dog and groceries in my car. Just disappointed bc y’all always come through and I was REALLY enjoying your coffee- especially the iced!Also, I’m only here on Google bc I wasn’t given a receipt but I think other people that have evening jobs need to be stood up for. Being a place that’s open 24hrs, I feel you understand where I’m coming from. Do better.Please fix this, thanks, or I guess I’ll be going back to Dunkin.

My favorite meal is the Buffalo Ranch Chicken Strip Sandwich in the spring.Kid-friendliness: I love this restaurant.
We went late night food run ordered a lot to eat for 3 different individuals & the window attendee was so patient thorough & had the best customer service ever! Her name was Tammy & were in the Nacodoches area. It was about 1 in the morning & order was not only taken correctly but executed & given to us perfectly as well. & that's just describing the employees & how great that shift was. Now for the food it was fresh hot & tasted so good. Everyone got exactly what they ordered & we ordered burgers to biscuits shakes & an apple pie & Yall came through! Will visit again & can't compliment what a burger as a whole enough for having great employees. Especially during the night shift. GOLD STAR BLUE PLATE HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Same as any Whataburger, but they tend to forget things more often than not so check your bags before driving off

The hamburger were ok, tasty but the spicy chicken sandwich was soggy and very little taste. Was some heat but little to no chicken flavor. Not recommended to get.The big issue was the drinks. Whataburger is very bad at not sealing the drinks well. We got home with a bag full of soda……

I went thru the drive thru wanting a quick lunch, ordered two kids meals. Get to the window and the girl tries to hand me three drinks....somehow I got charged for two kids meals and another meal. They refund one, then have me pull up. Fifteen minutes later after two other cars go thru the window my food arrives, cold. I call for the manager and they can't do anything without me returning to the location. Horrible food, horrible service, I will never return.

How is it that the meat patties can be charred beyond recognition, and yet the fries still half done. You can find pictures of the meat patties you will get by searching for images of the Pompeii eruption and pictures of the fries by searching for photos of frozen french fries. I don't expect high quality food from a fast food place, but don't dig hour old meat patties to reheat out of the dumpster to sell to me either.
