i went for a honey bbq chicken strip sandwich and asked for it to be remade because it had no bbq. this is what i got the second time. the sandwich was falling apart before i could even get a bite. they absolutely drenched it in bbq. it’s just surprising for a company to play with a customers food like that and make a joke out of it, and decided to splatter bbq all over just because they couldn’t make it right the first time.i spoke to daniel the first time and alejandra the second. not once did they apologize for the inconvenience or offer anything in return (i didn’t want a refund until the second time because i really wanted the food lol) and all alejandra said was “have a good night” after handing off my refund. no acknowledgment to the sandwich i posted underneath or any consideration. yall dont know how badly i was craving it i love whataburger too

2 lanes in drive through and I was sitting waiting while 3 cars were helped on inside lane. If you can’t manage 2 lanes, don’t have them. Another visit. Why would two ordering lanes turn into one pick up lane? Accomplishes nothing.
Nasty food. Long waits at the drive through. No vegetarian options. I ordered a salad with no bacon and they still gave it to me with bacon. Good milk shakes though.

Simple but a big issue when you’ve worked an 10 hour shift and want to have a decent lunch. Whataburger has always been the spot to go to but today it was 1 star service. Drive through employee didn’t want to be there, I felt hurried and the tone was like hurry up and order… I asked for a chicken strip bbq sandwich without cheese… was not acknowledged, she asked if that was it….again trying to hurry me through… mind you there was nobody behind me. So I get to the food window and there are 2 girls talking about who knows what and looking at their phones… I get my food and I should have checked it but I didn’t… my fault… it had cheese, a whole bunch of it… wont be coming back here, will go the whataburger on culebra and 1604. They always got it right there…. This happened around 1:30pm Jan 6th
