If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered 40 wing family pack meal- Order them extra crispy. The wings were soggy and undercooked. Tried to call multiple times to get it resolved. No one would answer the phone. I had no issues whatsoever with Uber eats delivery, it was the Wingstop itself. The food was disgusting.

Wings and fries are always great by Wingstop! However, we tried the chicken sandwich and have our regrets. The chicken patty was not crispy nor crunchy. Instead, the meat was soft, chewy and had a ligamentacious texture to it! It was a strange sensation to sink our teeth into the chewy patty by which the meat seemed to have stretched while taking bites out of it! Not sure how Wingstop could generate such a strange product, but they should stick with wings and fries, the sandwich was a bad experience!

My nearest Wingstop location is about 15 - 20 minutes drive from my home. It's worth the drive though. The wings are good. The prices are reasonable, and the service is great. I am a loyal customer as long as this location keeps me happy.

We came in at 11:20pm just before the 12am closing. We had a friendly greeting and ordered our food. There were a few people already waiting and one person came back in with the wrong order. Our food was ready in about 20 mins and was still hot when we got back to our hotel. Although a few of the boneless wings we got were a lil overcooked I'm still satisfied. Would return again for a 2nd try.

Worst customer service experience and the GM very aggressive and rude. Food was undercooked had better meals served overseas during GWOT. Bathrooms were on par with porta potty. No excuse for poor leadership.

THE place for wings. Nobody else is even close. Their Cajun spiced bone in wings is one of my favorite foods. Only 'plaint is that their seasoned french fries are soggy. Get the veggie sticks or Cajun Corn instead. The Corn is incredible.

Decide to go there at around 10pm and it looked everything was already closed. The tea was emptied out and all of the tables had chairs on top of them. The cashier told me that you "could only do To-go right now". They close at midnight. It's common practice for people to be able to sit down and eat in a lobby 2 hours before the restaurant closes. Decided to go somewhere else with my money.
