I seriously don’t get the bad reviews, my boyfriend and I ate inside as we were excited and waited for it to open as it was so close by. The food was yummy and fresh, really good customer service, and food came out less than 15 minutes.

I was excited for this location to open. I had the worse experience. Went to pick up my online order. Cashier realized that my order was given to the wrong person, for their mistake they had me wait another 30 minutes for my order. When I asked for a refund on my order “management” stated that it couldn’t be done at their location, They would have to take a picture of my receipt and send it to his boss. What??? Beyond disappointed

I went and ordered a 10 piece combo to go, the girl said 15 minute wait.. they served the 2 tables with people there & I was suppose to be next, but they served another couple/kid that came in after me. I told the girl that they came after me... she said 10 minute wait, then again I asked 'bout my order she said 3 minutes & it'll be out. I was mad & frustrated, I think I waited 3o minutes ?, this place SUCKS!

I placed my order at 1045 pm arrived at the restaurant at 11pm and my wings were not ready I had to wait another 30 mins or more for my order then I get home and my wings were wrong. They made my wings wrong 3 times. I called to tell them that they didn't put Parmesan on my wings or my fries and they told me that I had to take my whole order back. It was closing time I had 10 mins to get there the manager got on the phone and hung up on me knowing I was waiting to speak to him very unprofessional of him. I explained to him the situation and he told me that there was nothing he could do. I told him I was on my way over there so he could make my order right while all his employees were in the background yelling stuff. He told me the fryers were off already so I told him to give me a refund then he said he couldn't. So he then says he's gonna make my order again. When I get there he comes out for the wings thar they made wrong. I wait another 30 mins outside in my car he finally brings out my order. I get home and my order is still wrong and they didn't even give me my 2 strips I ordered. My original order was a 10pc combo meal with 5 garlic parmesan and 5 lemon pepper and garlic parmesan fries and 2 regular hot strips. I contacted customer service and reported this horrible visit I had. The order I ended up with was 10 garlic parmesan wings not all flats and my old fries with a bunch of parmesan thrown on top of them and no chicken strips. My wings are not even cooked all the way so I'm going back tomorrow with their wings .
