We went to bar and asked for a menu, but they were out of almost everything. Then we ordered the "upscale" mac and cheese but I could tell it was being microwaved and when done we got nothing more than what appeared to be kids Kraft mac and cheese. What a rip off.Also during previous stay we found the bed to be very uncomfortable and ended up sore. Also the W XYZ bar had closed at 8PM !!

I stayed at the Aloft hotel, went out for dinner and figured I'd get a drink here on my way to the room. But NO, I'm not giving them service, I'm not from San Antonio and asked what drinks they make and she, the bartender, says look at the wall thatswhat we have....ok that does not tell me what cocktails you make or anything. Total crap, I'm not giving this place another chance as long as that bartender is there. I regret booking this hotel

Open space and funky lights at the counter. If ordering a Manhattan make sure to ask they use sweet vermouth. I know... right?
