I placed my order online at 6:20 PM, the confirmation said the order would be ready between 6:45-6:55. It's 7:26 and I barely received my order. Also, terrible service, I went in to ask, the workers saw me standing waiting, however no one came to help me, another person even arrived after me and they attended to her first. When they finally delivered my order, the pizza was not well cut and very burnt.

This location knows how to make a great tasting pizza. The pizza here taste way better than the other locations. The Staff there is great and they have a drive through. The only downside is that it's usually busy and there is a wait. But for great tasting pizza it's worth it! Order ahead to avoid the wait.
I love my san Eli man but dang the service it's bad! This legit is the worst Little Caesar's experience I've ever had and I'm not even a Karen lol1. First, I ordered a pepperoni pizza half pineapple and they did it wrong. Understandable up to here. ??♂️2. Second, I ordered a deep dish and first it was MISSING HALF the pizza wth. Then it was not deep at all, it was more like thin bread!This was NOT understandable ?3. Third I ordered some wings and they had no sauce, they were dry and stiff and even one of them wasn't even a wing or drum, it was a literal stick of dried hard wing ?4. Fourth they gave me a debit or credit card that was not mine. I didn't check it until I got home but they gave me the wrong card!! ?Hands down this place is a joke.Parece que les cobran todos los ingredientes a los que trabajan ahí! This little Caesars is very bad in customer service. Very sad that I have to get my pizza's now from another little Caesars down in Horizon because of customer service. Fire all these employees from the San Elizario little Caesars or take them to a training for customer service.
