Been a customer since before it changed locations twice. Always gave the best food, always great customer service. I’m not sure why things have changed but it’s obviously not what it used to be. Over rated now, seems like they cut down a lot on their portions they serve but the price is the same. Doesn’t make sense to pay that much for sandwich that’s got a 3 dollar value. Had to buy 2 and ask for “extra”. Great customer service tho, just don’t expect to get full off one meal. Two stars seems very fair.

The first time my mom and I ate here, the service and food were great. However, the second time around, we did not have the same feeling. We placed our order waited a long time to get any news about our order. When I asked the waiter how much longer he stated that they had just started to make our food and that he did not know how much long since he just brought the food out. We waited another 15 minutes and decided to get up and pay for our drinks only. I told the girl at the register what had happened, and she apologized. We paid and left.

I reached out to inquire about the Thursday lunch special, which I was told was Chicken Fried Steak with mashed potatoes. When I received my order, I was surprised to find that instead of a Chicken Fried Steak, I had been given a processed chicken patty covered in gravy, and it was inedible. I tried to alert the restaurant to this issue, but it seemed like my complaint was ignored. I was not upset, just disappointed to have paid for a meal I couldn't eat.
It's just not it. It's trying really hard, but the entire place needs work. The food was not good, and they should have more servers for the lunch hour.

Azure has been a location I’ve been going to for almost a year. They provide extreme friendly customer service follow by amazing food service. The foods they serve is quite appetizing and have a variety with only 2 sides they always have. It would be better if they may provide a little more side options other than lays chips and a salad. Their dishes do seem to be on the healthy side and are great with pricing. It usually ranges from 7-10$. I do have to say their peach, and raspberry teas are absolutely amazing! Even though it tends to be a syrup they add it does have a great amount of flavor ( best to get ice on them if I’m being honest) their soups are also good as well, my favorite would be the mushroom soup they tend to serve with their daily specials. They do have the tendency of closing early occasionally only because of catering or other reasons. They almost follow the same schedule as if an elementary/middle school. Although on social media they don’t tend to update from time to time when the location is closed on non holidays.
