“Came out here to Delia's tamales after a family reunion in San Juan and let me tell you, I got my tamale and menudo fix for sure. It was a Sunday on our way back home and had to stop to get tamales. Establishment is super busy, a long line at the drive thru, so we park and decide to go in to sit down and eat. Parking was available. We wait a little and make our way in. There is sufficient room, tables and booths are available. Food listings are up overhead at the registers where you can look up and see what you want. You get in line to place your order. We wanted to try a little of everything. We order the chicken, pork, and jalapeño and cheese tamales. I ordered a bowl of menudo. The tamales were on point. Very warm, fresh, and the tamale would slide right on off the husk with all of it still in tact, respectfully. The flavors were amazing. Great tasting authentic flavors. Just the right amount of masa and packed with the fillings to perfection. The menudo was also so tasty and with that homemade taste so close to how your mama would make it. They bring you your order and it did not take very long. Bottled drinks were served. You should come out and try this place if you ever come out this way to deep south Texas whether you are visiting te San Juan church or headed out to South Padre Island. I would of given this place a five but I am spoiled most of the times and I don't like to get in line to order. I'd prefer to have my menu at the table and place my order. Other than that, the best tamales and menudo ever.“

“The food was hot and freshly made. Some plates are served on a metal pan (shown in one of the pictures), and some were served on paper plates(also shown in the picture), but I didn't mind. The staff was very helpful explaining the difference in plates and very even on sharing some of their recommendations. I Loved the beans they were so good!!“

“I love LaCurva Taqueria! Walking in you are greeted with great hospitality from the employees and walk out satisfied eating here. If you’re in the area for tacos I’d recommend giving this place a try. The salsa bar is big; it has cut limes, cut cilantro, raw/ grilled onions, salsa habanero, salsa verde, and the spicy salsa that’s cooked in heat. The lemonade is my favorite, they always make fresh batches and pairs really nicely with the tacos. I order the RB tacos with avocado and queso fresco. So yummy!“

“Love eating breakfast here. Great food at great prices. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because the floor always feels slick, and I always have to put a napkin under the tables' leg to prevent it from being unbalanced.“

“Nice little spot in San Juan, TX serving a variety of fresh burgers, fried seafood and fried chicken. The food is made to order so it is always fresh and delicious. The service is friendly and welcoming all the time. My go to is the 4 chicken tender plate with BBQ sauce.Parking: Very few parking spaces but you can park on the street if all the spaces are taken.“
