first time stopping in. went for breakfast (wanted tacos) but they had no tacos. was told only kolaches. got 2, one sausage the other brisket/egg. both had hardly any meat it was mainly bread. brisket was dry and not edible. $8 went into the trash. honestly was hoping for a better experience.

I ordered a sliced beef brisket sandwich & the beef was sliced almost as thin as toilet paper. It was very tough & it was like chewing on leather. I'll definitely stick with San Marcos BBQ from now on where the brisket is sliced much thicker & is very tender.

This is absolutely the worst fruit. I have been served in the four years I’ve been in San Marcos. I came to San Marcos to open my own business and prove that my products is superior to others in my field!This was absolute garbage. I took one bite and there was an incredible amount of grease in what was supposed to be sliced brisket, but was not. It took 20 minutes to make a simple sandwich and it was disgusting. AJ’s is great, always good ball game food at TXST games. I go into shop and bring home to my family as well. They do quesadilla’s real well, my toddler finishes an entire order of Mac n brisket by her self. The breakfast tacos are also super good and big. My favorite is the Texas Philly. I could eat that every day. Awesome sauces on the side as well! Great food, great price, friendly service

The most inaccurate DoorDash order I ever had.. Was missing a side of beans, they also put the wrong side in the rib plate, was missing my whole order of Texas tots.. half my food was missing.. Brisket was a huge wad of fat..Tried to call restaurant & it just went to a voicemail inbox that was full..

I just ordered a rib and brisket plate from them and only got brisket as well as they forgot my Dr Pepper. Big L I was really craving ribs. Also I just tried calling them multiple times to see if I could come pickup my ribs and Dr Pepper but no answer of course. Robbing me.
