I got an email from Arby’s offering $2 roast beef sandwich and $3 French dip. I ordered at the drive thru and showed the email offer at the window. After much back and forth with the cashier, another team member came to the window and very rudely said that the offer is only good if I had ordered online. I did try to order online in the parking lot but it didn’t work. I was told that was the price if I use the app, order online and then pick up. He continued to be dismissive and even if I asked if he could honor the price because I tried ordering online, he said no. I ended up canceling my whole order and went next door to Jack in the Box. Imagine my surprise when I went back to the Arby’s website for the store and saw that it’s not that the app didn’t work, but that this store doesn’t accept online/app orders! Wow thanks to the team member for being a liar in addition to being rude. Seriously you lost not only todays order but I won’t be back and neither will my family.

I decided to try something new, 5 piece fish strip meal. I thought for $12 it must be fairly good. It was bland, pot quality fish with no flavor and mushy. A horrible value.
