Very large delivery order was messed up as usual. 10 orders in all $150 plus delivery plus tip. No big deal...it is worth it if it comes on time and it is correct. Because of issues in the past I called to confirm the order as well as to convey the issues with condiments, napkins and straws we have had in the past. Informed the guy answering the phone we don't ever get the right number of straws or sauces. The guy agreed and assured me he would get it right. Of course the order shows up and 1 straw and 4 napkins and 1 sauce other than ketchup. Called back and he was like "we did our best". No offer to fix it. Could not send out someone with straws. Nothing. Way to go be bad at a simple job.
