Don't take people's money and then make them wait 50 MINUTES for their food. Several orders were thrown in the garbage by Chick-fil-A staff because the customers gave up waiting for their food. Shameful.

Not a student, but an attendee for a conference at the LBJ center. Day one, went for lunch and purchased a Cobb salad. Nuggets were thrown in there whole (should be chopped) and lettuce was missing the corn and bell pepper flakes. Also just poorly assembled. No receipt was provided to do survey. Day two, I decided to go get breakfast and ordered the breakfast bowl. Again, another disappointment. Bowl ingredients were placed in the smallest bowl they had and not the usual bowl it should come in. Hash browns were way overcooked or maybe just old. IDK if it's because of the school year not starting yet or the fact that since this Chick-fil-A is on campus so maybe quality is sacrificed but definitely wasn't up to par with what I'm used to for Chick-fil-A. I wouldn't go expecting to get your moneys worth as you would at a standalone or even a mall Chick-fil-A.

My experience here the other day was a hot mess. It starts with the same thing that's true of many chic-fil-a restaurants: you get physically trapped in their drive thru line. So like today was for me, if you want to get out of the drive-thru line (which I did today because there was a technological glitch that caused the line i was in to stop moving for about 10-15 mins) you're stuck. The people doing drive thru also try to take your order when you're 10 feet from their outdoor menu board. And the outdoor menu is not angled in a way that allows you to see it unless you're right in front of it. So you're stuck in line, but can't be deciding on your meal while you wait. "Can I take your order?" -- sorry but i don't have the menu memorized...can we get somewhere so that i can actually see it? another time my spouse ordered a breakfast sandwich from here, got it home and discovered that the biscuit had no chicken patty in it. Those two encounters are all I need.

The spicy chicken sandwich or nuggets and fries with chick fa la sauce are my top recommendations. Regardless anything you purchase will be high quality, fresh, hot, served with a positive attitude and if it’s not perfect they’re always doing to correct it.
The absolute BEST CFA in San Marcos. This Chick Fil A will go out of their way to accommodate you, and I have personally never experienced bad customer service, unfriendly workers, or dirty bathrooms here. Their common dining area can get a little dirty, sometimes, but they are always on top of it as soon as a team member notices. Still 5 stars from me! They also always ask how my day is in the drive through and don't just jump to " name I can get for the order?" like the other chick fil a's here. Very genuine people!
