I was eager to try it, it seemed like a kindergarten had just opened, food thrown on the floor, dirty tables and no staff could be seen cleaning or picking up, I wish they could take the time to make the presentation cleaner.

This was the worst Customer experience I’ve had in a while! They started packing up 45 minutes to close so there was nothing left to choose from. then I watched them get into an argument with the guy in front of me because he asked what time it was. Also I was on a road trip and need to use the restroom and they told me that the where closed at 9:17!

Food is usually good they always seems to be something off everytime I visit. Last time the rice was under cooked and the service was slow. This time I showed up at 8:30pm and a friend of an employee was sitting outside telling everyone the store was closed even though it says they are open until 10pm online.

No one in line, but restaurant was full, so they must have been busy before... but the place was a mess and they were out of some items. Food all over behind the counter, and in the restaurant, the floor was a wreck, and the counter top for self serve utensils, etc was filthy.
