I got the beef fajitas; it came with rice and beans. The rice and beans were ok but for some reason the beef fajitas had no taste. It smelled fabulous when it was brought out. The staff was friendly and greeted me upon entering and exiting.

Our food was good. Service wasn't the best. My water wasn't refilled until I asked her. And when our food came, I asked for a plate, cuz there was no room for me to eat. I got the sizzling fajitas. I had to ask for my plate & my tortillas she forgot to bring, 3 times.

I ordered the combo fajitas and the beef was absolutely horrible it had a very foul taste. There eas nothing good at all about it. It was a first for me having a bad meal there. It almost seemrd like it was a cheap cut of meat no taste and kinda seemed rotten. Kinda fishy unreal never experienced aything like that, we will never be back again, no mattwr how good the cilantro lime salsa is.
I had the tacos al carbon and they were, frankly, fantastic!! They have great atmosphere and everything of course but my food was excellent. My buddy had the nachos and DANG they looked really really good too.

We were told it was an hour wait... an hour later, the wait was still 45 minutes. The interior was smokey like a kitchen vent wasn't working, and smoke was coming out into the dining room. After an hour and a half, the wait hadn't changed, so we left.

Had lunch there with our grandson.Food was excellent, hot and reasonably priced. We had our little dog with us so we ate out on the patio. They had no problem with us having her with us. Staff was real friendly and courteous.Will definitely stop back by when we are in San Marcos again.
The fajitas were so tough, chewy.. the meat was cut with the grain instead of against it. Other than that it was flavorful.
