Wow was this place fantastic. First trip to SM scouting rentals as my wife was hired at Texas State and stopped in here for lunch, it DID NOT disappoint.Food is delicious, atmosphere is comfortable, and service was A+.Have a feeling we will be regulars upon moving here!

I have just discovered this place, after driving past it for the last 2 years! I'm so glad I tried. I have only had a Pupusa, once at a festival, and like it, but this restaurant makes them so good! I am just discovering Salvadorean food, and so far, I'm really liking it. Such a nice break from the usual Tex-Mex, fare. I'm going back tomorrow already, to try more items. I'm anxious to try the one with the traditional flower in it, and to try the Passion fruit Aguas Frecas. I speak very little Spanish, so it was helpful to have the menu with pictures and descriptions in English. Look closely at it, and you will find a ton of Delicious things to choose from.

Excellent pupusas! Ordered at the counter, they brought a tray with 3 different types of salsa and 2 Curtido. We had the pupusas revueltas and plantains. Everything was great.
I order sour cream and the waitress, told me they didn't have any, this would have made the Pupusas more
