I haven't had Fazoli's since I lived in VA almost 10 years ago!The food was so good. You have to remember it IS fast food. I thought everything had good flavor. The Ultimate Sampler had HUGE portions! Wasn't expecting that at all but we were excited to try a few different things. The pizza was probably my favorite!I'd love to give a 5 star rating but the cleanliness was poor. Upon walking it, it didn't smell very pleasant. And the restroom was absolutely disgusting. The workers were polite and the food was really good. Cleanliness is an easy fix to me.

Customer service? food ? All I can say is teenagers are running the place. Loud conversations in the back kitchen area talking about throwing up and dropping F bombs and no bread sticks with our order. We asked for some and they said they were out, but would bring them once they were done. Cleanliness obsolete. Ordered gluten friendly chicken pesto rotini, Alfredo noodles, and chicken Alfredo. Always love Fazolis but this place needs a overhaul of employees and a good scrubbing.

Used the drive thru service. Girl was very polite. Notice on the picture I attached.... where is the Alfredo sauce??? Looks like they put a teaspoon at best. What really got me was that I noticed after I wagot my order and already driving off... kid sat himself on the stainless steel table that looks like where they bag your order. GROSS❗️Looks like that may be my last time ordering from there. It's been a long time and and even longer time after today.

The food was okay. Not $30+ worth for two meals, appetizer, and drink. The Dr. Pepper was not sweet at all and flat. There was no marinara with the cheese balls as ordered, no silverware, no red flakes, and no parmesan (all free and asked for in online order). I'd only return for the cheese skewers if fresh.

This place is a whole vibe. Employees are super chill but super helpful. Food is actually really good. beats the hell outta Olive Garden if you want pasta.

I never make reviews, but I went to this place twice the first time I went the employees were just outside the second time it reeked of marijuana only one person helped me the whole time just people standing in the back while people are just on there phone will never go back horrible service

I stop here everytime I come thru town because my town hasn't had one in years, And I love the food. The workers are all young and changing so they are always "training" and don't know what they are suppose to do, the food flavor isn't consistent, one time the Breadsticks were burnt, the next they weren't cooked all the way and still gooey on the inside, The next were just right... the place is usually fairly empty customer wise and kept pretty clean.

Was so excited to eat here after almost an 2 hour drive. Yet I was disappointed to find out that they would only serve us to-go when it was over an hour before closing. They would not allow us to eat inside the restaurant but stated we must eat in our car outside. Even though there were multiple employees currently eating in the dining room.

I visited this location around 5pm on a Friday. There was two other people in the dining area. I ordered the chicken Parm spaghetti to dine in. When the food was brought out it was brought out in what looked to be a to go container and the chicken tasted, old. I started gagging on it. They also did not have any breadsticks until I was already halfway through with my meal. I also had family with me and they forgot to put sauce and meatballs on the pasta. It’s not like they were busy, we were the only people in the restaurant at that moment. There was no sweet tea available. And the food all around was just not great. Very disappointed since there is no Fazoli’s where I currently live and when I find one I make an effort to eat there.

The last time I tried this location, they had closed the drive thru & indoor area to fulfill a catering order. This time, I walked in around 7:20pm, and placed my order quickly. I asked for some bread sticks and was given about 7-8. WOW! They were delicious as always. 11-12 minutes later, my baked spaghetti came. I had to grab the hot plate off the tray when I was presented with it. I took the lid off and noticed there was less mozzarella cheese than normal on top. The baked spaghetti tasted just as great as usual, just with half of the normal cheese. Please see photo. So for the longer than normal wait and less mozzarella cheese, I'm giving 3 stars. Other than that, the dinner was fine.

Service was trash! Employees were constantly on phone texting away pretty sure they never washed their hands after touching their phones. not to mention I got food poisoning not long after eating here. I understand it's fast food pasta but you should clean up the restaurant and wash your hands before touching peoples food. It took 25 minutes to make 2 pasta dishes and 2 slices of pizza to go. Somehow the people that came after me got their food first. ‍ salad was old and spaghetti and meat balls was cold.

I've eaten here before, and for fast food it wasn't bad. Today going through the drive through I experienced horrible Customer service (young lady). Instead of matching her energy I simply asked for a refund and took my Business to Olive Garden. That was a completely different wonderful experience.

The food is okay, however the customer service is not up to par. The cashier was rude and definitely did not want to be there.

For my first time at Fazoli's, I'm pleasantly surprised! There isn't a Fazoli's in my neighborhood so when I was in town I was determined to try the Italian drive-thru. I'm not the biggest fan of Italian food so I had to mentally prepare myself for a big dose of carbs and fats, but overall I don't have any complaints about my experience. The portion sizes were generous and the prices reasonable. I didn't think it was bad Italian food, probably not Italian-approved Italian food, but it was noodles, sauce, and meatballs. We were the only car in the drive-thru when we ordered so we got our food quickly, but we were initially charged for the wrong order so it was an extra step to sort that out but no biggie. I got the oven-baked classic sampler and it lasted me for three meals. That's the only thing I tried, and I would recommend it!

We ordered thee different menu items. Two were decent for fast food, one was room temp at best. Individual at the register was unengaged and clearly didn't want to be there. The payment system forced a tip which was a surprise and not a pleasant one. Dining room was mostly clean.Overall, not a great experience but I'm aware that its fast food so...
