Service was mediocre at best. It's was mid week & lunchtime so they weren't that busy. Food took at least 30 minutes if not longer. When the food came it was over cooked, except for the fries. The fries were good. Sorry, first and last visit for us.

I recently gave this restaurant a bad review because the new wait staff made a mistake and charged us for each refill on our tea, and I wasn't happy with that !!!' I love this restaurant!!!! The owner sent me a massage explaining that it was a mistake :). So please visit this restaurant it is delicious and the drinks are good too!!!!

After trying to call and notify the owner twice just for him to let the girl on the phone know he couldn't take the call and asked for me to leave a message, I finally am deciding to leave the review since he never had time to follow up or even get on the phone when I called which would have taken one minute. This place was awesome to go to especially in 2020. The food was cooked so nicely but ever since then it keeps getting worse and worse. I'm specifically talking about the pasta and the wings. The chicken in the pasta needs to be cooked at a higher standard. The chicken in the pasta was over cooked and chewy and wings were even over cooked as well. I won't be going there again just because it's not worth the money for the quality of food, but I hope you fix the issue.
We Are One
Me and my non profit are both new to the area and I wanted to try something different and new, I saw Figaro's online and saw they had several things I had to try. I've been to many pizza pub type places and usually they are all either rude, nasty/not fully cooked and terrible experience all around. NOT THIS ONE!!! From the moment I walked into the door I knew this place was unique and one of a kind. Small building but it was perfect!! Amazingly friendly staff, very fast wait times for food, and the food was outstandingly phenomenal!! The spaghetti and meatballs pizza was a blast to eat. I thought it was just a regular pizza with a meatball and extra toppings but when I bit into it out came spaghetti noodles!!! It was amazing!! Threw me off in a good way I was like excited!! The BBQ brisket tator tot bowl was amazing!!! So many things thrown into it!! And of course the wings were great!! I definitely have found me new favorite pizza place!! Definitely can see me bringing my non profit here!! Only thing I can recommend is to add delivery, I had cash today and wanted to get it delivered but they don't offer delivery except through Uber eats and such which dont take cash. But I am very overjoyed and excited that I came into the store because it was a outstanding experience.

I ordered to-go because I was a rush and had to eat on the road. When they handed my bag of food I checked in the bag and there were no utensils. I ask if they could hand me some and they said they were out. I told them that I needed utensils to eat because I’m not taking it home. The ppl there didn’t seem to care and told me to go somewhere else to find utensils. Had I known ahead of time I would’ve gone somewhere else. Now I’m here with my food but can’t eat it.

I really like this place! It was a fluke I ended up here the first time but it was a happy accident. The food is amazing. I've had the Cabo chicken pizza twice now and while it's not a traditional pizza, it's very good. A great combination of flavor and the Parmesan crust is killer. I can't wait to try some of their other pizzas. They have a decent beer selection and the dressing for the salads is homemade which shows. 5 stars for the food! Now, on my recent trip here it literally took 25-30 minutes to be acknowledged after sitting down. I even got my own menus after about 10 minutes. There were only two girls working the tables from what I could tell but plenty of others that could have lended a hand. They weren't overly busy but it was steady. Normally, this would have been enough for us to leave and never come back but we had an extra amount of patience for some reason that day. People coming in and sitting at the bar got served immediately so that was a bit frustrating too. Our waitress, once she made it our way mentioned it had been a rough day so we understood but there was literally no reason the other staff members there couldn't have helped her. I will happily update this review if my next trip goes better! Again, a solid 5 stars for the food!

this place has such good food, but every time i place an order i always end up having to wait way longer than my order times say. this last time i waited an entire hour for one medium pizza when i was only supposed to wait 25. right at the hour mark of waiting they came out and told me they were remaking it because they burnt it. the workers were super nice though and the girls working were sweet and kept checking on my order for me. i just don’t understand how it can take so long because as i write this review i am sitting in the restaurant and i count a total of 9 people. i’ve never dined in though so i wonder if that’s what i need to do. not too sure if i’ll return after this though. especially after working 8 hours and just wanting to pick something up, definitely not the place for that obvi.

Sorry to say but I've lived in San Marcos for quite a while and finally took a shot at this place. Something about a receiving my order almost an hour after submitting and bringing it home only to find a long hair in my salad. I could say more but really just don't even come here, you will be disappointed.

We had a traditional pizza and a large greek salad. The salad dressing was very good and the large size was enough for two people to share. The pizza is a thinner, hand tossed crust with a mild red sauce. We enjoyed the beer selection and full bar!

Wow...should internal employee conflict impact service....NO! We typically have a good time with the great variety of cold beer. But between our apparent new waitress (Janine) struggling with the POS system and a bartender (Adam) more interested in his personal text message then helping customers or a new employee, we had a terrible experience. Five beers for five people...pretty easy. It took over 25 mins between the first and last beer to get to the table. Get you team organized and focused on the customer. We may be back, but we will look inside first and go elsewhere if we see the bartender.

Amazing pizza. Amazing tachos. Very friendly staff. I'm really glad we made this a stop on our trip. The waitress was very sweet and helpful as well. I'm definitely marking this stop every time I come through San Marcos.
