Great food but too expensive. 9.99 for a hamburger, 4.69 for fries, 2.99 a drink, and heaven forbid u want a shake. Its 6.49. No one was there I imagine because of the prices!!!!

I love Five Guys as a whole company. And I’ve been eating it since 2014. But this location stands out by far! The best, most juiciest burgers I’ve ever had in my life. So flavorful and consistent. The cooks in that building don’t even know how talented they are.. I’m talking incredible talent! If I’ve ever had 5 star service and product, this Five Guys Location would be it. Will be coming back for more very very soon!

Very friendly staff and super clean location. Never really had a bad experience there anytime. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is I just wish the prices wasn't to steep for a burger and fries. But great place to eat!

Service was not good at all! Food is okay but very expensive for what it is! We got our burgers first and was told on fries where almost done, then our fries were done, had to ask for seasoning as they weren't even salted. Had to go back up for our shakes and nobody was to be found. I had to stand there and say excuse me several times for someone to come out the back to make out shakes. We were the only people in the place so it wasn't like they were so packed to be busy and none attentiveto the front counter. We will not be back for that price we could have had steaks and much better service.Dietary restrictions: This is not the place for a person with peanut allergy!

I went to 5 guys to get a Bacon cheese burger all the way and this is what I found...Bone fragments. I wasnt upset until I called to tell them they should check their meat so that no one gets hurt because I could have choked, being that I swallowed a portion of the bone. They seemed to not care and said "we check our meat every morning and that we haven had a problem" the way that this was said said it all they weren't going to check it. THIS IS A SERIOUS SAFETY ISSUE FOR CHILDREN AND THE ELDERLY.I hope that the food and safety sees this along with the owner of the store before someone gets hurt.
My double cheeseburger and cheese dog with fries were as great today as when I first found 5 guys in Huntington, West Virginia. It took me back to one of my finest memories of childhood

I don't usually go to Five Guys cause it's a lil pricey for a burger, but when I want a good burger I definitely stop by. The staff was nice and helpful and the food came out quick. We got bacon cheeseburgers and a regular Cajun style fries. The burgers were perfect and the regular size of fries is humongous.

The temperature inside is always ridiculously cold. This last visit 2/8/22 we went to eat and it was 68 outside and when we walked through the doors it was like walking into a freezer. They had the AC on eventhough everyone inside was wearing coats. We told the employees it was very cold and thet shrugged it off. The food is awesome but cant enjoy eating in the frigid temperatures, I would eat here much more often if it wasn't always so cold inside
