We really enjoyed a three meat plate that comes with 4 sides, and some tasty peach cobbler. The plate was loaded with lots of meat, they don't skimp here! We got the pork ribs, brisket and sausage...all good. We loved the sides as well, cole slaw, tater salad and beans. This place has been serving 'Q since 1966 so I guess they know what they're doing. We definitely be back for more of these goodies.
Strange name but a genuine Texas Bar B Q spot. I ordered a half pound of brisket and 1/4 pound of sausage and it was only $13. Not bad for lunch. I always miss the exit and have been meaning to try this place for a while. I like that their bar b q sauce is served heated. I also like that the sausage was sliced thin. More flavor surface area. Lol. Had a good flavor. The brisket was lean and tender but did not have a very strong smoky flavor. Portion size was very good. My 1/2 lbs...read full review

Very good food and a very good value. The sausage was all meat, no fat or gristle, and the brisket and pork ribs were pretty lean as well. Good potato salad and cole slaw too. Friendly owner and waitstaff. Not much atmosphere, but that’s often the case when one finds excellent bbq.
