The average wait time for your order if there are no other customers at the store is 15-30 minutes with 3 employees working.There is a sign outside saying you can't get a refund without the manager coming down there so you just have to write off your money if you try to leave after 20-30 minutes.

Every time we go there, which isn't very often, we are so disappointed. The place was filthy. There weren't any restaurant napkins, only towels that look like they're from the restroom. They didn't have any macaroni or sweet tea and they hadn't had time to run out. We had to wait 10 minutes or so for the macaroni. There were very few tables or chairs and they were scattered around. As we were getting ready to leave, I had to go ask for my drinks I paid for because they forgot to bring them. The workers were nice but that's the only good thing. We won't be going back to this location.

If you ever have a chance you need to try and Golden Chicken. My granddaughter needed a snack it was a little after lunch time so when we ordered a large fry they came out fresh it was heaven she's only three instead of the best french fries she ever had I had to agree.

They didn’t give me any utensils and they did not give me the right pieces of chicken.they also put a soda lid on a small container of mac & cheese that did not fit right. What kind of business is this

I just got home with my order. Three times in a row I've gone here and not gotten the right order. Tonight I got a family size order of green beans and a family size order of gravy and a family size fries. This is what I see when I open the lids. They gave me the wrong size fries as well.

My go to chicken strip spot since I was a kid. The breading is always so golden and super flaky and crunchy. The mac and cheese is also great for fast food, even if it's not unique. Try the zing sauce, it's a good special sauce.

Perhaps the most average fried chicken I've ever had. It wasn't bad (it was served hot and fresh), but it wasnt particularly tasty either (very bland chicken and fries). The line didn't take too long compared to KFC so that was nice.

I really love their chicken. It's always hot and crunchy. I ordered their chicken salad sandwich and to my surprise I was really amazed at how good it actually was. The service is pretty fast too. No complaints here

first off not only were they low on food … the food was cold, the chicken raw and lumpy. and in the fries there was fried okra, the bread was flat and cold and the mac and cheese was watered down and cold as well.. i want my refund NEOWWWW

We had come in on Saturday 09/18 around 21:00 to get dinner. We ordered two 6 pieces, and one ended up having 4 No problem. We called in and whoever answered, male, was very rude about it. He said come when we can, and wrote our name down. We come in today to get lunch and the woman was EXTREMELY rude to us. She was very impatient and pushy, and didn't even ask for the name. If she believes we were lying, that is on her. At the window after giving us the food she said, "Make sure you check the boxes to make sure the food is to your liking" in a very snarky, RUDE, tone. It isn't that it wasn't to our liking. Who LIKES not getting the amount of food THEY PAID FOR? Fortunately the food was actually good. But goodness learn how to treat people you work IN THE PUBLIC!!

I have been there three times but this was the last one. We step up to order and the guy who was suppose to be helping us was sarcastic. Gave him a taste of his own medicine and he took a step back. The manager seems upset and was short with me. Only one person smiled at me and treated me like a human being. I made sure to thank her on my way out. If I go out and pay for a meal, manners come with the service.
