“My husband found this place and we tried their teas. So good!!! Their menu offered protein waffles and muffins as well. Right up my ally. They didn’t have any to try on Labor Day but we will be back to try those and protein coffee mix. Love supporting the smaller businesses.“
“I'm no fish connoisseur but the food here tastes really fresh to me. If I had the money I'd eat it for lunch every day. The regular size bowl might look small, but they really pack it in and it always leaves me feeling full. The creamy cilantro is my favorite sauce.My only complaint is that while the portion is big, the bowl itself is small and hard to eat out of without spilling if you want to mix it around! I always get spinach and rice though so maybe that's why, the leaves are big. I take it home and empty it into a bigger bowl.“
“The shake and protein donut were very yummy, the lady who attended me was very friendly and welcoming the I would most definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a new shake spot, they have acai bowls too (will be back again to try them). The only reason I gave the food 4 stars was because the shake flavor while delicious wasn't for me but I was curious so no harm no foul. I wish them the best of luck!“
