Picked up an order and while it wasn't ready (I think they totally forgot about the order), the woman who was the host was very nice and friendly and I could tell she actually cared that my order wasn't ready on time. I work in retail so I get it they are probably short staffed especially late at night when I picked up the order.. I'm sorry for all the people who would have been rude or yelled at you but there are good people in the world.. my only complaint which is why it is a 4 is the amount of pot roast is a bit small.

I haven't stepped foot in a ihop in years. The one in Kyle and in SanMarcos closer to campus are so gross. When my husband suggested this for breakfast I was very hesitant. But I was surprised at how well run this one is. It was very clean. The staff was so kind. And our food was really good. And oddly the coffee was really really good. We will for sure be coming back to this location.
We should of left as soon as we got there. The restaurant smelled like if it had sewer problems. My daughter ordered the berry crepes and they were rubbery. My son in law ordered the bacon cheese burger and they forgot the bacon. The waitress acted like she was in a rush. Which made us feel rushed. They sat us in like the kid section because we had a six month old. And the kids around us were loud and throwing things. Over all worst experience and I was traveling to San Antonio and decided to stop and eat. Never again. I should of went to whataburger

I've been here 3 times first time my server was high and forgot everything. 2nd time my eggs and Benedict was extremely raw 3rd time was today my avocado toast scrambled egg was raw, again.. they brought it back with a done egg but rotten avocado like come on, it was late too. honestly me uploading any pictures won't create change franchises like this just send you the same automatic message that doesn't even come from the managers like it should. I know people will read this, and the cooks should learn how to cook proper food to avoid cause of contamination. I encourage people to be careful where they eat. Not that it matters to you ihop, but you've lost another customer.

Would love to order something from this restaurant but can't even get a menu off your website. Can't do an online order because I want to pick it up and not have it delivered, but the issue of the missing menu keeps coming up. Unfortunately I will have to call the restaurant and tie up the phone with someone reading the menu to me. Your website needs help.

Went to try this Ihop as it sits between NB and San Marcos and was hoping to miss the midnite rush. Restraunt did have more customers that I anticipated but was what I was hoping to find. We ordered the Breakfast Sampler, Hamburger Plate and a BLT Plate. Everything came out quickly and cooked perfectly.Parking: Parking does not appear to be a problem the 2 times I have visited this establishment. It also doesn't seem to be a problem as I drive by this establishment every day on the way to work.Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair parking at this location
