I got told I had an attitude at the drive through, then was passed to someone else, at the window the person told me that they "weren't going to entertain me" when I told them I didn't have an attitude at all, but that this was how I. 24/7 and then the window was closed on me. I reached out my window and opened the window because now y'all pissed off, continuing to tell me I have an attitude when I don't. My beef was with the person in the vehicle in front of me who was clearly drunk and couldn't order loud enough for anyone to hear them. So I was passed around for no reason when I had no issues or attitude with any staff. But yet I was treated like a hostile customer to no end, with the window being slammed shut in my face and all. I was handed my order aggressively as the window help offered nothing other than a dirty luck and a phrase of "you have an attitude and you're raising your voice" when I wasn't doing any of the above. If y'all are gonna assume that all customers are belligerent drinks at 2am, then do better. Some of us are just regular customers trying to get a meal. I won't be back. The treatment I received for "raising my voice" and then trying to explain to the window person that I wasn't raising my voice at all, and then having the window slammed in my face and locked, that's unacceptable customer service. Period. Y'all lost a very loyal customer. Be more understanding.

My partner ordered tiny tacos from this place and they gave and charged him for TWENTY TACOS.Also they're stingy as hell with their onion rings. I'm sorry but 4 onion rings for an order is stupid. Y'all are stupid. If I'm paying $10 for fast food onion rings, I expect more. I asked for more and they told me no.They also told me their cheeseburger doesn't come in a combo? So I had to order their munchy meal. It's ridiculous.

I really like how tiny the location (store) is. Because it wouldn't be that crowded inside. Even if customers are inside ordering in the store, they are in and out quickly. I like coming in when it is dark outside - late at night because the store doesn't have anyone eating in. There are the customers who will just drive through during that time. Use the jack in the box app for rewards and coupons! It is helpful. ??

The dining room needed to be cleaned a bit - the high top table bar had some trash on it that sat there for at least 15 minutes while I ate at a nearby table. Someone came around and finally picked it up, but didn't wipe down that table.

the older gentlemen with the beard and wedding ring who greeted us at the window was the most fast friendly and proficient guy i've ever encountered. he should be working at chic fil a because he was an angel. my tacos were stuffed to the max with lettuce and they were just great. huge stack of napkins. lots of sauce. just great.

Ordered online thru the app. Said it be ready in 8 min. When I arrived at the restaurant, no one answered the drive thru. Waited 5 more mins and decided to go inside. Food was not ready so I have to wait even more. The JIB sucks and this location sucked or the staff working that morning.
