I usually go to Jimmy John’s on my break because the service is quick. This time was completely different. Took forever to take my card. I had to honk to get them to finally do it. They then took 20 minutes to make my sandwich. They gave me the wrong chips as well. I was annoyed and grabbed the bag quickly. The worker then told me “there’s no need for all of that”. There’s no need for yall to take so long to make a sandwich. I barely got back in time to clock in. Very disappointed in the slow service and terrible attitude from the worker.

For a sandwich shop, this is the best, in my opinion. The bread is always fresh, the meat and cheese is freshly sliced and their veggies are always delicious and fresh. The jimmy peppers are a great addition to the sandwich. Their pesto pasta salad is also very good. I eat them regularly and always enjoy. My favorite is #11, the beach club!!

I've honestly never felt so invisible in my entire life.I placed my online order 15 minutes before I arrived. One sandwich, pickle, chips and a drink. I walked in, and there were two people who were ordering/waiting on their order. I walked over to the section that had the sign that says "pick up orders here" And I waited... And I waited... I attempted to get the attention of several employees, there were five employees total in the restaurant. Every single employee made eye contact with me, one of them even walked past me and not a single person acknowledged my existence. All I was trying to do was get my pickup order that they had on the back counter. Finally, I walked back to the front counter and tried to make eye contact and get the attention of the employees again, to no avail, and eventually one of them finally asked if I ordered already. I told them I had a pick up order and they went to retrieve it from the back counter only to realize that they could not locate the pickle.I will say, while I was waiting... I was watching one of the employees make a sandwich (this is not pertinent at all, but the employee had a lot of tattoos which was super cool but I didn't know the employee's name and I want to give them a proper shout out) as I was watching that employee make the sandwich, presumably somebody else's sandwich, it was probably one of the most masterful pieces of sandwich making I've ever seen. This person took their time and effort to make it right. Which was honestly impressive. You could tell that they took pride in making a good sandwich. So that was nice to see. All in all, really weird experience. Sandwich is fine, usually is. Atmosphere was fine.Only suggestion would be... Maybe... Just acknowledge your customers more? Idk...

Be careful when ordering delivery. Ordered at 11:30 for a 12pm delivery, it didn't arrive until 12:45. When I called at 12:15 they said the delivery driver was waiting on a couple of orders before leaving. (So my food got soggy) Then said hopefully it will be there soon. When I asked for a estimated time they said uhhh I hope soon. Needless to say the food is good but there customer service is bad.

Going here was a big waste of my time. I ordered 30 minutes ahead of time for pickup. Store hours posted 10am-9pm on Mondays at the time of writing. I walk up to a locked door. No one lets me in. OK, let me call them. No answer. OK I have to go through the drive through. I have to wait 10 minutes in the drive through for food that is already ready, just sitting there on the counter inside. After I finally get the food, I was going to leave a 2 star review because this already made me very angry. Turns out the didn’t even care to get my very simple 2 sandwhich order right. 1 Beach club and 1 veggie, no alterations or substitutions. They literally just made two Beach clubs, for fun I can only presume. Wow. When I think of sandwhich shop, I think easy, quick meal that I barely have to think about. That was not this at all. I’m very disappointed because I love Jimmy John’s!

Ordered delivery, my Chicken Caeser Wrap wasn't wrapped correctly first off. Second, missing the pickles I ordered. Third, I found a hair in the wrap. I called the store and at first, I was told that my order would be delivered again. After 30 minutes, I called to check the status and was told I would receive a refund instead. It's ridiculous there is no communication with the customer about this and issuing a refund instead of resending the order, like they were told.Updated: tried to try them out again but now they won't honor my coupons. Absolutely ridiculous. Never heard of a restaurant doing this.

The staff was very helpful since this was my 1st. Time there. Nice and friendly. They were very busy so had to wait. But I didn't mind because I knew my lettuce wrap was being made fresh.
