Wouldn't cancel our door dash pick up order on their end even though they didn't have the supplies to make our order. I get that it's probably upper management pushing them to try to never cancel orders, but that's money out of our pocket for nothing.

My husband ordered 3 whitemeat piece meal, 2 breasts and a wing fries and a large drink he got home and they gave him 2 wings and breast and the drink was a small....I have called y'all about 5 times to fix this and no one answed me, so i got on here to see y'all answerto get it fixed,....they are still open why won't they answer? he gets off work and doesn't want to deal with that so he just went to bed early. ..it's one of those days and we would like for this to be fixed

I want to give zero stars. There were 3 black HAIRS in our chicken and 1 in our drink. We Ordered 4 meals and was shorted 1 and missing pieces from the other 3. Also missing a drink but had the drink to the missing meal. Tried calling this location 3 times and no one answered. Never eating from this location again!!!

never go here at night, staff is rude asf and they're always out of everything. they will tell you "just a minute" at the drive thru and make you wait 10 minutes just to tell you they're out of everything

Don't use the kiosk in the dining room to order. We did and then sat down by the soda machine, but the staff couldn't see us. After they had filled 2 orders for people that were there and 2 more people that came in afterward, we had to ask about our food. We had ordered 2 chicken sandwiches ( 1 was a meal) and a $20.00 family meal box for just the two of us. We still had to wait another 7 minutes for our food. That's after waiting 25 minutes to ask where our order was. The n, our chicken nuggets had to have been put in the fryer twice-overcooked. They were replaced with courtesy and respect. Not our best visit to a KFC.

It only takes one really bad experience to make me stop going somewhere to eat and last night this KFC hit the mark for never going back. We went thru the drive thru and ordered two crispy spicy chicken sandwiches. They had us wait after ordering, which is fine, meant they were just now cooking them. Got home and they were not the spicy sandwiches but regular, and they were so over cooked that the edges hurt my mouth to bite down. And super greasy. It was gross. Threw in the trash. Wont ever and I mean ever….. go back.

I was there with my family, this last Labor Day , they only gave us 2 pcs of the chicken in each individual orders of 3 pcs!!!, I came back to the cashier and the manager give the other pcs for complete the each order !!! I payed for 3 pcs( like display on the wall ) , French fries , and salad , the manager don't says sorry nothing , only add the third pcs on the order , they don't gave us any fork , nothing for eat the saladBad experience !!! Don't go to this place

This KFC charges for a cup of water. Spend $20 for food and they want to charge you for water. First and last time I buy a meal from KFC.

This was the first time I have ever been to KFC. I placed my order 30 minutes prior to me showing up. When I arrived I was informed that they had ran out of food. Given the fact that I had already paid, I was quite upset. The staff told me to receive a refund I had to call the customer service number. I was on hold for 25 minutes before being told I would receive a refund. Btw, I still haven't received my $20. This experience was crazy, the staff was pretty rude as well.

I come here often, but had such an incredible experience on independence day.They accidently made my to go order as a dine in, and when they brought out the chicken sandwich and fries, it LEGIT looked exactly like the picture. It was so beautiful I had to go and make a Google review for it.The fries were crispy and delicious, and so was the sandwich.I believe the crew that worked Independence day should be rewarded somehow. I received incredibly stellar service and I just want to say thank you.

They somehow managed to make the fried chicken soggy. I asked for no gravy on my mashed potatoes but ended up with a flood of gravy. The Mac and cheese was a watery consistency. And I was rushed in the drive thru even though I was the only car there.
