Worst customer service I've ever experienced!! Not only did they get my order wrong but the guy at the drive thru was extremely rude. Rolled his eyes and was deliberately arguing with me and i practically had to force him to correct THEIR mistakes. I relieved nothing but hostility. I never leave a bad review anywhere but this was by far the worst customer service!!

Trashy restaurant with trashy employees. Just read the other reviews. The only item on the dollar menu is a small drink. The enire menu is WAY over priced. McDonald's is getting too big for its britches. Maurice and Richard McDonald would be ashamed of what thier fast-food has become.

40 minutes in line just to say you don't have the order I'm picking up.... I'm a door dash driver and I had to wait in the drive thru line going out to the street just to get to the window and y'all say you don't have the order. I wouldn't be upset if the guy at the intercom didn't ask for the order number to confirm that you did have it. Once I finally got to the window after 42 minutes (I keep track on the app) this guy looks over at the counter and says "I don't have it" HUH??? He told me to tell doordash so they could call the store to confirm that the order wasn't there. When door dash called no one picked up the phone... I get that you guys are busy but this could be so easily fixed with the slightest big of care and checking. Also side note I know you guys can see the drive thru line I've worked in fast food. Why are you letting people who cut the line order with everyone else?? There's one line and everyone knows that and last night some people were making a second line and you guys completely ignored it and kept taking their orders despite the fact that they were cutting. Make them wait an extra two or three orders after line one because again 40 f-ing minutes in line is too long!!!

Rudeness, everyone staying too long for their orders, had to ask for money back,hardly go there but grandkids wanted to, ended up at DQ,, much better customer service.

Worse place to get food. I sat in line for an hour and when I got to the speaker I sat for another 30 minutes with no communication of any kind. Even when I was saying hello. Then I pulled up to the window and the manager ignored me and when he did finally come to the window he looked dumb founded and barely said anything to me. He didn't even apologize for the wait. The food was cold and stale and wrong. Terrible service and poor food

First, they refused to make multiple orders and told me to go through the drive thru multiple times. Second, I went inside to make my other order and they were not friendly. I definitely will not return and will tell others not to go here.

The guy with the blue hair at the drive-thru was very rude. We ordered 2 chicken nuggets and a basket of fries. When we got our order we didn't have our fries. We asked about our fries and he said "No fries were ordered" Although our order was repeated to us we did order fries. We asked if we can order some fries and said no way he was able to put the order in for us and there was nothing he can do about it.Rude..... if you don't like where your working quit!

The guy when the messed up blue hair is so rude.. I’m the nicest person and he caught an attitude like a toddler. If you hate your job, find a new one… or be better at it. Simple :) next time give me my full order, thank you!!
