Food was cold, and employes are slow and act like they don't want to be there. It's dirty inside and they don't even use the drive thru speaker to order. I ordered through the app and for it to be done ASAP which was suppose to be 10 minutes and I had to stand and wait for over 45 minutes. At the end of it, they didn't even have any sweet tea made which I had purchased a whole gallon of. I will never be returning and I advice the same to anyone else. There is so much wrong with this place that I could keep writing but I don't want to keep you here. Just don't go. Btw it was only 8:00PM when I arrived, they still had 2 hours until closing.

Firstly there are Many rude employees. I specifically asked for a non spicy sandwich and they gave me spicy. I also asked for a Dr Pepper. I heard a women ask what my drink was and another women said Dr Pepper. I got a coke. Honestly I think it was on purpose since these people seem so miserable with their lives.

Went through drive through and got lunch, wasn't a long wait at all. get to the window and a teenage boy (Tristan) was so respectfull and working his butt off every time i go through he is respectfull and working so hard food was fresh and tasted great!! will be back.. THANK YOU TRISTAN YOU ARE THE REAL GOAT!!

Lobby was closed during business hours, make it clear if hours differ. Management has failed store and it’s employees, thus causing a horrible customer experience to those wanting food here.

Employees are very rude. They were cursing at each other told me it wasn’t their problem because my order wasn’t ready to pick up when I got there and one of the employees that was the rudest of them. All was not even in uniform.
Gave me a 2 piece when I specifically asked for 3 pieces. Had to order at the window, waited forever to get my “fast food,” and on top of all of that, the lady helping us was distracted and unprofessional the whole time. Inside of the store looked disgusting and disorganized. This popeyes is clearly lacking management and any sort of professionalism in general.

Waited almost 30 minutes just to get something completely wrong. Showed her a picture of the combo and said i would like 5 pieces of chicken (all drumsticks and even said that), 2 sides, and 2 biscuits but was give 3 strips 1 biscuit and wasn’t even given a receipt. Rude employees who don’t care about their job. Absolutely ridiculous. Do Not Go Here!

I absolutely appreciate the hard work of this team I had a great experience eating with my children and grandkids . Food was great! fresh and perfect temperature! From the chicken sandwich to fries apple pies , and tenders with a side of mashed potatoes and macaroni we enjoyed the level of respect that we were given by the cashier and food prep !! It was on point !! Thank you to the young workers and team that made our dinner a great one !! Definitely will be back !!Kid-friendliness: Great place for the whole family to enjoy!! This has got to be one of the cleanest fast food lobby’s in San Marcos I have seen!!Parking: Parking lot was nice and clean!!

The worst service I've ever received from a fast food restaurant... every time I've gone to this Popeyes I always get attitude my order is always wrong or they forget to put something in the bag. And when I ask for what I PAID for I get attitude? Won't be coming back that is ridiculous
