I had a cheeseburger & fries w/soft drink..The meal was not appealing or tasty at all..Everything sold separately & very much over priced....won't be going back?

Shake Shack was great. We tried the The Shack Burger, Lockhart Link and Korean BBQ burgers. Everyone loved their selection and praised the freshness and quality of our food. Tried the hot cocoa shake and it was deliciously rich. Will definitely go back soon.

5 stars when talking about other burger joints. Within the burger competition, they rock. Fresh burgers, fresh fries, clean place. This location’s cleanliness was immaculate! Crazy clean. Very helpful staff. Highly recommend.

If you get take out through the drive through, definitely check before leaving. We were excited to finally try this place, but once we got home we realized a few things were missing. What was there was good though. Just please make sure the order is complete correctly.

Great food and service. Manager even checked on us to make sure all our food was spot on. We ordered allergen free burger and it was perfect. Great experience. Well run store.

Order the food yourself, then they ask for a tip. Then you have to wait to get your drinks with your meal. So instead of having something to drink before your meal like every other restaurant I have to wait. Stupid concept. Only reason we tried it was we had kids with us. Then after waiting 15 min for a drink with our meal they come up and say they are out of chocolate for the shake we ordered. Then the order comes. The cup and wrappers are dirty with food. Then I take a bite of a cold burger. I wanted 28 min and the one thing you couldn't do is provide me with a hot hamburger. Isn't that what you do?? Oh and when they delivered the food they forgot the jalapeno la and sauce. Asked if we needed anything and we said yes , napkins. They never came back. Glad I didn't tip.

The fries are good with ketchup and without the cheeseburger is good but on customize it won't let you add ketchup so I made a mess adding ketchup but will definitely come here again!

First time to try this place and they are out of the pomegranate limeade drink ...smh. It's a specialty drink on your menu! Come on. Really upset about so I canceled my whole order. Please have the items you advertise on the drive thru screen.
