Absolutely awful ! Had to wait so long for orders and had to re put in our order multiple times because they didn’t put it in.

Went there for lunch on 3/20/24 and had placed an order on the mobile app for a footlong coney with jalapeños added and a drink. Waited a bit for my order which was okay, got notified after about 10 minutes my order was on its way. Sat there for another 10 minutes waiting for my order ( because I know sometimes they will put that but will still be in the process of making it) and then finally decided to hit the call button to see if my order was actually on the way since my lunch break was about to end. The lady asked for my name twice and then asked if I had made the order online or physically at the store. Let her know that I made it on the mobile app, and she told me that my order was just getting finished up and would be on the way, so I sat and waited another 5 minutes. Ended up getting my order past my break time, so I wasn’t able to eat it until when I got out of work only to discover they didn’t even add my jalapeños which I was still indeed charged for granted it’s $0.89 but it still sucks.My main issue is the no jalapeños and then saying my order was on its way and then getting it 15 minutes later.

Service from a young lady named Natalie today. She brought ourdrinks while we were waiting on our food. This is something sonic needs to do from now on. I work in the service industry end of never had that happened befor Kudos to natalie and her team!!!

HORRIBLE!!!! Worst sonic I've been to the people and MANAGER is absolutely horrible sooo rude along with gets my order wrong every time! Takes forever to bring out a single drink along with doesn't know how to do there job what so ever. Not sure why it takes 30-40 mins to make a drink when no one else is here along with why everyone has such a horrible attitude super rude! Probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced this place needs to be shut down till they can hire proper candidates that ACTUALLY know how to do there job! It's honestly just sad.

There is a guy who takes orders with a deeper type voice who apparently lacks customer service and respect. Being in a rush when you’re still open for several hours and hanging up, not letting people finish their order because you wanna be lazy at your job is extremely unprofessional. It’s a shame someone like that works there.

Waited 30mins for food. Just to get the wrong order. Then pressed the red button and told them what was up, just to be left on heard. Then continue not to see any of the works for 20mins!!! So cute!!!
The staff was great at servicing us late at night/early morning.(*We were starving and tried ordering at Burger King 1st in drive thru. They said it was too late to order unless we had ordered on the app 1st or we could get out of line to place order on app and get back in line to pick up. There was only 1 car that pulled up behind us when we were there. Crazy!)So, really grateful that Sonic had good quality customer service and no issue taking our order and serving our food. Kudos to the staff working late Saturday night! You made our night.

Parked @4:20. Placed order at 4:28. Was told that it would be a while because they only had one runner. No worries. I proceed to make calls and wait.After over AN HOUR I get off a phone call and realize its been way too long. They tell me "it was cancelled and the ticket says placed order and imediately drove off". I was then given a token for a free cherry limeade for the trouble. An hour and ten minutes of my time well wasted and I get handed a voucher for $2.69. Next time just spit in my face.

I was in there Friday night and ordered med slush, grilled cheese sandwich and a dbl cheeseburger both off the value menu. The value menu board said it was 2.99. what it showed on the screen was they were charging me 3.49??.... When I brought that to their attention their reply was " the sign is wrong, it's 3.49. " I thought that sure seemed to be false advertisement??...I didn't want to cause a big fuss and risk something happening to my food so I kept quiet, paid for my order then patiently waited for them 3 items for 29 MINUTES!!! Needless to say, the food we got that was supposed to be hot was cold. They gave no concern for my time or my budget.

When I arrived there was no one there, but it quickly filled up with cars. The corn dog was terrible but the extra thick milkshake made up for it. I was glad they didn't give me 2 like I ordered because I wouldn't have fed it to my dog. They also no longer make a grilled chicken sandwich so very few healthy options.
