I ordered me and my son some food on the sonic app and when I arrived to pick up the order I my sons bacon on his order was burned along with other issues but all I complained about was wanting fresher bacon for his burger. I originally asked Manager (Micayla O’brien) and was told to hold on.. then seconds later I was denied the request by a manager (Keno Sunderlan) said” the bacon is not burnt and there’s nothing we can do for you” then walked away before I could even respond. Then was upset that I wanted a refund. I then went to the door to ask for a refund and was stopped and said I could come inside because I was “not an employee. (Marissa Molina) tried to intervene but was ignored.

Preface it by saying it was pretty busy, however the milkshake seemed to be only a glob of chocolate syrup in the bottom of the cup and full of whip cream no ice cream. The server did not give me a cup holder even though I had 3 drinks and ordered one on the app.

I went here to just order a sprite. Tell me why I had to wait exactly 14 minutes for a sprite ? The workers were just standing there playing and hanging around . I press the button to remind them I’ve been waiting for 10 minutes and none of them went to go make a simple soda . I was bout to leave but i paid the 3 dollars so I was like I’ll just say and wait . Like dang I could’ve went in and poured a drink myself if it’s that hard .

Come here all the time, and I understand being busy and being slammed. I am a manager in food service as well, but to put mozzarella sticks that you did not even cook all the way into a bag just to push it out quickly is a food safety violation.and sadly have had multiple issues with this location with food safety issues and it just seems like it’s really poor management at hand because you never can interact or speak with a manager. You’re always talking to an employee it’s like I’m so sorry. I’ll relay the message to my manager extremely frustrating.

So me and my girlies were just stopping here on our way to Austin, and we ordered blue raspberry slushes and we clearly stated blue. When we got our order we were given raspberry slushes, which wasn’t an issue. We then pressed the red button and said that we had ordered blue raspberry slushies not raspberry. They fixed our order, however, when the employee came out to give us the slushes they rudely gave us the slushes with the cups covered in syrup, but what made me the most upset was the fact he said…”for future reference we have two raspberries make sure to order right one next time because I know for a fact you ordered raspberry and now because of you we have to waste product so yea be careful how you order” it was also how rudely he said it. Wouldn’t recommend this spot if I would’ve know I would’ve stopped at 7-11 instead. <3

25-30 min waiting on an order is ridiculous. Couldn’t have the audacity to notify us when we arrived no one was there maybe like 2 cars people who arrived after us were getting their orders called to speak to someone she claimed they had no one to bring our food to us?? Okay but you had people who could take out orders to the ones who arrived after us ! HORRIBLE ATTITUDE FROM THE MANAGER AS WELL. DO BETTER!!

I have stopped by this location 3 times and they have managed to mess up my order on every time. Today I ordered a meal and the fries were so salty that I could not eat them. They also didn’t put any veggies on my burger.
