Don't order anything from this location, they harass the delivery drivers!!!

I've already got out of this place and absolutely upset. When i first got in , the dude was nice saying me that he still working on some order and will get me right after that so i dont mind to wait. But i was upset when the other 2 clients walk in , they even got to order before me even they came after . I was still ok but when the dude made my bread, he didnt even finish yet and leave it there during the process and make the order for another. I was even frustrated when my bread got cool up , and all the topping just fell out of the bread when i've just got out of the shop.They should work on their employees again . They are nice but they way they're working is not good

They don’t know how to stuff or wrap a sandwich they didn’t even cut the bread all the way thru. It’s not that hard to make a sandwich. You supposed to be good at it as it’s your main job. The way they wrap it everything falls out when you unwrap it. I want the food and dressing in my sandwich not on the paper and everywhere else. 12/12/23 12:40 pm

This location is horrible. Rude staff and nasty food. Bread be all hard. Vegetables aren't that fresh. Did I mention that the employees are rude? Don't expect to be in and out of this location. I once had a girl audaciously say how gross my sandwich order was like i have never experienced that before, I was in shock. Her coworkers could tell she was being inappropriate but no one said anything. Over priced asf. Just go ahead and fire everyone and seek new management or something. This place ass.

I had a Subway delivered to my home through Uber eats. They made it wrong. The order asked for pepper Jack cheese. There was no cheese on the sandwich. I called the manager to complain and she said no problem. Next time you come in we will make you another sandwich snd she took my name. When I went in to get my sandwich the assistant manager Sierra/Sienna said "no, you must bring the sandwich with you" I was never told to bring the sandwich back. If you want my business, honor your word.

When you’re out of one of the most basic sandwich ingredients, it would be a good practice to let the person buying that sandwich so that you are out of X ingredients. In this instance, tomatoes. For some people, tomatoes, pickles, or mayonnaise and mustard are what make a sandwich, a sandwich, and not meet stuck between two dry pieces of bread. This subway wasn’t out of tomatoes, however, it’s just that it would have been far too much work and would have required waaaaaaay too much effort for one of two employees that were working to step in the back and cut 4 tomato slices to add to a $14 sandwich. Imagine getting the end of the line and the end of the sandwich making and Subway saying “sorry we’re out of pickles…” One might expect some sort of discount or some sort of concession for the missing basic and staple sandwich ingredient, especially if the customer is saying that they don’t really want the sandwich anymore without X ingredient. Whatever Manager or owner there is, it might be a good idea to have a conversation with the 2 employees who closed on Tuesday June 19th, and explain to themWhat a 1 star google review does to the overall rating.

literally refused to remake my sandwich, even though i got a completely different one than i ordered. first it was because i didn’t bring back the other sandwich that was correct and then it was because it was ordered online. i brought in the incorrectly made sandwich and the ticket saying what it should’ve been but i was told they couldn’t do anything and that i could have a managers number. not to mention the incorrect sandwich i did receive, was completely disassembled- like tomatoes on the outside and looked like it’d been squeezed. so even if i wanted to i couldn’t have eaten it. probably the worst customer experience i’ve ever had
