Good place if you want Taco Bell. It has that kind of grimy, mid atmosphere that can be really enjoyable if you're in the mood for it. The employees are nice, and it's not busy enough that you can't get a table just to do some homework or something. Not great from a restaurant perspective, but it has the family dinner/cafe like charm. I definitely would recommend bringing a laptop, clearing off a table, and listening to some Ayesha Ero, Kaname Sano, or Hazel. The lobby isn't very clean, but it's also not dirty enough to be particularly concerning or difficult to clean up.Don't come here if you want necessarily good or quick food though, it seems kinda understaffed and a bit mediocre, but that kind of vibe is good for hanging out in. I wish they'd get rid of the excess of car parking (kinda hurts the surrounding vibe, but its not exactly rare for Texas or even SanMarcos)Parking: There's a strip next to it and a lot. It doesn't seem to get especially full, so its not too stressful. Seems to lack bike parking though, hopefully they install a rack

You can just tell through their smiles that they hate the customers, they will heavily enforce towing your vehicle, even if you just need to go to the bathroom your vehicle will be gone in ten minutes at most.

I HATE THE LACK OF PERSONAL TOUCH OF THE NEW TACO BELL MODEL. ITS CALL YOUR NAME, THEY THROW YOUR FOOD AT YOU AND RUN AS FAST AS THEY CAN BACK TO THE KITCHEN. GOD FORBID YOU NEED TO ASK A QUESTION.
this was my very first time at taco bell, and definitely my last. Marissa was very rude when taking my order, i looked at the menu online to decide what i want and she got so rude when i didn’t know what combo number it was, or when i didn’t know it came with a large drink and asked for a large. very bad attitude and very bad customer service.

Honestly since the kiosk installation, communication and customer service has gone down significantly. This poor kid waited 15/30 mins on a DD order. His time is money. I overheard an altercation where they gave a girl the wrong order bc they didn't check the last name, even tho that's how that's how they differentiate the orders. An employee named Jacob was helpful in checking and communicating with the customers so s/o to him.

Seriously 20 minutes five cars in drive-thru noseriously 20 minutes five cars in drive-thru no exaggeration..20 minutes to get to cheesy bean rice burritos and their servicing customers inside.. a few orders have gone through inside I have been sitting at the window after paid for 10 minutes
