I think her name was Annette but she was sitting inside the office while her staff works hard and came out to check how fast her time was and got really upset at them!!! Never seen anything like that before and honestly what a horrible experience and how could a higher up treat people like that ? do better

This Taco Bell always seems stressed out or avoids the idea of human interaction. Just this past Friday their internet was down and could'nt help customers. So the idea to help customers was to tell them that they don't know what to do.Luckily I don't buy anything here. Just picking up orders and giving reviews for people that need to know.

It's Taco Bell. You know what you are here for. Enjoy your baja blast. Check your order before you leave, one of the ladies who is at the window often doesn't check for certain products in the bag, nor does she check wether or not you ordered your drink with it without ice.
Extremely slow service. They clearly do everything to avoid taking your order in person and push you to use a kiosk to order (in observing those trying to order in person). Took 20 minutes to get our food once ordered at the kiosk. Employees were not friendly.
