Great service when picking up my food, the to-go lady showed me all the food in the bags to make sure it was all there which I really appreciated. No one has done that here that I’ve seen at any location I’ve been too.The problem was when I got home to eat my husband’s loaded mash potatoes were missing bacon, we only were given 2 rolls in the bread bag instead of 4, my loaded sweet potatoes didn’t have any brown sugar or butter just marshmallows, and my lemon herb chicken was missing the charred lemon that comes with it. First time at this location - I usually go to the SouthPark meadows one and they usually don’t miss anything.

Texas Roadhouse usually gets a 5 ⭐ but this past Friday 10/8/2021 I had to return my 12oz NY Strip twice which has never happened. The cooks must be new. I asked for Medium Rare Steak #1 Well Done Steak #2 Well Done Steak #3 Rare'ish... Which I can do no problem... They took care of it so they got a higher rating than Longhorn Steakhouse In NB. Today 3/24/24 marked them down to 2 ⭐ because we came in at 8:55 and they sat us and they said they don't have rolls... look I know it's close to closing but there are a lot of people here and No One Gets Rolls because the kitchen decided the 50-100 people didn't matter... Whoever the manager is Now needs to do better We are not in the Pandemic anymore If you don't know how to be enough Flour to make rolls let someone else run the business... Shame On You!!!!

Normally, I would say it's a great experience and great food. Nothing is great about a location that tells you no reservations are allowed and makes you call the location in question for anything just to be put on hold for 3-4 hours. I understand the weekend, plus Friday, can be crazy and hard to get anything done, but it's a little ridiculous when you aren't even being helped after being told you won't be able to get a table for another 6 hours after waiting the initial 3-4.

Had my birthday lunch there, the food was amazing. Our server, Kaylyn, was wonderful. We will make this a regular stop on our rides through San Marcos.
While the food was pretty good and arrived quicker than expected, it still took us nearly ten to fifteen minutes to be seated after being told we were next. One family had their table double booked and had to return to the front apparently.I will admit they did make one child's night by wishing them happy birthday. But the food runner forgot one of our fries and when told sent our server who had no idea what was wrong. But promptly returned and was attentive while during our stay.
