Great location. The cookies and treats are front and center when you walk in. They are labeled so you know what they are. The handler used gloves to get our cookies out. She generously offered to warm all the treats for us. They are then boxed with blue ribbon. The place was very clean. The staff was prompt and professional. We will return.

Who doesn't love warm cookies delivered right to your door? We decided to test them out to see if they would be a good fit for some appreciation gifts and the entire experience was lovely. The only reason they get less than 5 stars, was they arrived to deliver but couldn't figure out where they were supposed be. They called, but still couldn't find where to deliver them. After a little back and forth, they tried a second delivery and the delicious, warm cookies were mine!

I love fresh baked cookies so much! I went to dinner and spotted Tiff’s Treats in the parking lot. I’m an Tiff’s treats elite member and I have their app so I quickly opened the app and put in my order. They always offer elite members deals.I placed my order and it said my cookies would be ready at 9:50. When I tell you I walked in at 9:50 on the dot and they were walking out with my fresh baked cookies. I was so pleased with their customer service and commitment to having the cookies ready at the time they promised.I highly recommend this location.

the delivery driver literally ate half of my cookies im not joking, honestly it was my first ordering from here after hearing raving reviews from all of my friends and im just do disappointed and disgusted right now. alongside this, the cookies that were left were dry, cold and tasted like dust. worst experience ive ever had with any food service in general. you need to fire your delivery drivers and hire new ones. WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD!!!!!!!!!!

Cookies were good, but on the way, Google heard me talking about it and started throwing coupons at me. I asked to use them in the store and the girl said no. So I asked if I could just order from the app and pick them up now. She said I could but she would make me wait 30 mins even though the cookies were ready and the staff wasn't busy. "It's just the way we do things". Well, that's shitty.
