This location is a waste of time. They never have frosties except chocolate. And when they get new flavors of frosty, their machine suddenly doesn’t work. They’ll take orders for one person through the drive thru but tell the next person they aren’t taking orders through the drive thru. They always make you pull up away from the window when you’re the only customer in the drive thru and the whole parking lot for that matter, just to bring you food that’s been sitting there and is barely warm if that and over cooked or orders that aren’t made right. It’s no wonder the parking lot is always empty.

I was there on April 2019 and actually at this restaurant was my second time where I tried those burgers. I really enjoyed it. I love the baconator!!! ??All the meals are a good deal there. ??

Every time I go to this Wendy’s the dining room is closed super early for no reason. One day it closed at 2:00pm, another day 3:45p.m, and today at 6:45pm. The sign on the door states the dining room closes at 11:00pm. So I pulled into the drive thru and asked why the door was locked. The female taking my order passed the mic to here boss I guess because a male came on and said they were short staffed. I said three visits in a row that’s ridiculous. Hire more staff or close.

Just worse and worse every visit. Made a mobile order this morning for breakfast to pick up at the drive thru as that opens at 6:30AM. Arrived a lil after 7AM. Waiting at the speaker box for over 10 mins. Saying "Hello? Hello?" a few times. Honking my horn a few times. No response. Drove up the the window. Saw no one. ( lights inside were on by the way) Honked a few times. Knocked on the window. No response. Drove up to the door and knocked when I saw a gentleman walking around inside. He seemed to be a custodian of sorts. He came out and told me that the other employees had just arrived and there was no food ready to serve. Are you freaking kidding me? I've stopped for breakfast here a few times and always thought I was waking people up just by showing up. Luckily I was about to cancel my order. But this will be my last visit. I can't roll the dice each time, there are multiple fast food options right next door. RIP Wendy's.

Worse Wendy’s I’ve ever been to, sat in drive thru for 15 minutes before I even spoke to anyone, then they made me pull forward and sat for another 15 minutes for some nuggets and fries. Don’t come to this Wendy’s, drive to the next one.

The restaurant seemed almost abandoned. The fries were cold and the diet Dr. Pepper had no syrup. Worst of all, the menu board was black. You had to order from a few cards that had no prices. The burger was tasty, though. Usually, we like Wendy's, but we are not coming back here. I never understand how service can be so slow when we are the only customers there.

I was charged 4, order of 4 piece nuggets??? I was charged 31 dollars when i went in for one meal and a 5 dollar biggie bag.Worst, i didn’t even get my nuggets for those “four orders”

Place an order on my app while in the store because the monitors were broken and had no menu. Kept waiting for my food while others came in behind me and got theirs. My order was already ready for who knows how long while I had been standing there waiting for it. I'll take fault for that. Order 5 combos and 2 burgers were wrong. Had the 2 remade which took forever. One was STILL wrong. There was no manager to talk to or get our money back

Extremely rude staff and the food was cold old and rotten. I’ve worked in plenty of restaurants and it is very evident by the taste of the fries that the oil is very old and dirty. I couldn’t even eat the fries. My frosty was made with rotten milk and I almost threw up after drinking one sip. Please clean your fryer and frosty machine. This is disgusting and you’re going to make people sick.

Just ordered the ghost pepper chicken sandwich and the chicken in the middle was completely raw! Don’t eat here. Food order took over fifteen minutes, I don’t know how they took so long and still managed to serve uncooked raw food.

Wildly incompetent. Went through the drive thru and orders pretzel baconators. Burgers with a pretzel bun. They gave me the wrong order. I drive back. Ask for the correct order. They give me two cheese burgers with no pretzel bun. Wrong order again. They then take all the food that I gave back and set it aside to give to others. I told them that I am sick and have touched this food. The first order fell on the floor even. They didn’t care. 3rd attempt I get the right order finally. No consideration for my wasted time. No real apologies for multiple failed attempts. No concern for the health of their customers. Wild. I wasted money coming here, don’t do the same.
