The good was better than expected. While the Chicago got isn't quite authentic... It was absolutely delicious and at a reasonable price point.However the establishment is in dire need of some TLC. The building was borderline filthy everywhere that I looked.Service was understaffed and slow but the employees were very kind.

Worst experience ever. Order #1 with cheese and chilli fries. Please put extra mustard in bag. Chilling cheese fries we’re packing chilli and cheese. No mustard and no straw for my drink.

Not sure the point of ordering ahead, if they don't start making your order until you arrive. Then staff ignores you while you're talking.Food is great, definitely recommend the cucumber lemonade, and mini corn dog bites, and the polish sandwich-though the bread isn't toasted, is yummy.Bathroom was very strong bleach smell, almost overwhelming, but it was clean.
