Why is it that I can never seem to get a fork for my coleslaw! Ordered at the drive-thru today, when I got to the window I asked if they could make sure that there is a fork in the bag. Well I got back to work, no fork! Luckily I'm resourceful, and made a fork from the to-go box. And its not a big deal, I mean it's just a fork. But it happens every single time I go to Zaxbys, kinda frustrating...
First time customer here, wife and I decided to give it a try and it was AMAZING! They were friendly, fast and our meals were hot and fresh. We even drove home 15 minutes and it was perfect. Great job everyone we will most definitely return!Kid-friendliness: Kids loved it

I went to Zaxby's for the first time, and I must say the service was fantastic. The staff were friendly and the restaurant was very clean, even the bathroom!! Now, the food was served quickly and correctly. But the only drawback to me was that I found it a little too salty. Other than that I'd go back again and give it another try!!!!
