I'm a Flight Attendant based in a city that doesn't have a Bill Miller BBQ!?A San Antonio staple, this establishment is one of the FIRST PLACES that I visit whenever I am home!Love their Family Order of BBQ Brisket (especially Marble Style), lover their Chopped BBQ Beef Sandwiches, and OMGSH!!!, their Sweet Tea is to die for!

Ordered the sandwich, came with brisket and sausage. Brisket was full of fat & the sausage was cut so thin some of the pieces were just the skin. Feel like you can get better elsewhere

The saddest chicken tender size, for $9 I thought they would be bigger than nugget size. Usually they're decent size, but not today.

The restaurant is good. I love the drive thru. I think it is one of the fastest.

I ordered the large family combo for family guests. One of my side orders didn't appear -green beans. The chicken was shrunken and dry, as was the pork ribs, dried brisket. Sausage was like Jerky. The Mac and cheese was completely mashed, tasted like it been there awhile with crusty, burnt cheese. Didn't look like Mac and cheese. We paid good money for fresh food and got week-old leftovers. This was the worst order I received to date...and the last one. Bill Miller will not be seeing my guest table ever again or ever Disappointment is an understatement.

The food was fine. Friendly staff and decent service. They didn't have many condiments and no real napkins.

Glad to have the usual - Hard to beat the sliced brisket! Sides of beans, macaroni and cheese were fresh and tasty. Help yourself to the condiment bar of tasty pickles, onions, dark bread, white rolls, butter. Help yourself to goodies that go with bbq.

I ordered 3 tacos they charged me for an extra one on my receipt. Didn’t even give me my total when the guy took my card.

Ordered a poor boy. Sauce in the side. It was to go. Got home and no sauce. Just a dry sandwich.I called the location and spoke to Carlos who identified himself as the manager on duty. I explained what had occurred and his response was that he would talk to the team. No offer to make it right. That is bad customer service.I frequent Bill Millers often, but the Schertz location will get none of my business. The way I figure it is … they owe me a poor boy
