Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service.I ordered a pizza through the app like I’ve done multiple times since I moved to this area.I get a notification that it’s been delivered, but it hasn’t. I give it 10 min then I call the store.I speak to Allison, the manager, and she says that they called me because there was no gate code provided.Nothing has changed for my account mind you.I also never received a phone call.She tells me that they called a number (not my number and not the number on my account) and I didn’t answer, but she can send him back out in a bit. I asked how long a bit was and she told me another 20 min or so.So I told her to just cancel the order because I don’t want to wait that long. I asked what the process was and she said “okay I can do that but it will take 2-3 business days to refund you.” So I told her never mind just send him back out whenever then.She says “oh I’m sorry I already canceled it. I can remake it for you but you’ll have to pay again.”Like any normal person I got upset at that and said it’s effing ridiculous and I want to speak with a manager, and she started being rude. She said she’s the manager and “It isn’t my fault you didn’t put in the right phone number and it’s not our fault you didn’t provide a gate code, that’s on you.”I told her that’s horrible customer service and asked for their corporate number.Her response was “I don’t have it memorized and we don’t have it plastered all over the store. I’m sure you can go and look it up.” I asked for her name and told her I’d be contacting corporate.I called back to ask for her supervisor’s name and she told me his name and I asked when he would be in. She told me tomorrow sometime, so I said “okay I appreciate it.” She in a very rude tone says “and just so you know all of our calls are recorded” I went to tell her “that’s good, your supervisor can hear the way you speak to customers then.” I didn’t even get 3 words out and she hung up on me.I called back and she answered the phone, joking and talking with co workers before actually taking the call. I asked her if hanging up on customers was appropriate and she said “yes when you cuss at me and my employees, it is.”I told her not only did I not cuss at any of them, but she’s the only one I’ve spoken to.” Then she changed her story to “well it seemed like our conversation was over.” I asked her “how can a conversation be over when I’m in the middle of a sentence?” And she couldn’t give me an answer.I will definitely not be ordering from this location anymore, I’ll drive down to 78 and pick up at that location before I deal with Allison again.Highly recommend NOT going to this location or any location that is okay with this type of customer service.

Pizza was delivered fast and correct. Extra topping were on point and that's no cap! Every Domino's is different, and this one is really GOOD. My pizza was hot, and the order was correct, and the delivery driver, Scott, was really friendly. Thanks Domino's for a really good tasting pie.
I don't know what in the world they are trying to do at this store, but it has gone down terribly. I ordered 1 ultimate pepperoni hand toss pizza. it looks like they cooked it ahead of time, then when an order has been placed, run it back through the oven so that it would be warm. They have a top rack full of pre cooked pizzas in their each individual box ready for the customer . There was only one person working the night shift, no hair net and her hair was hanging out of her hat like just woke up and decided to come to workI normal order my pizza during to day, but this time I ordered it after 7:00pm. Well never again,

Two weeks ago, I placed an order to pickup. When I got there, my pizzas were on the shelf instead in the warmer. My pizzas were cold and the boxes were wet. Today, I placed my order at 1:56 PM. They said it would take 24-34 minutes to deliver my order. I received it 2:55 PM COLD.
Ordered the Spinach and Feta pizza with mushrooms last night and my family now has food poisoning. Diarrhea and stomach cramps started a couple hours after eating and still going on right now in the morning. My dad is 85 and can't get out of bed because his stomach was hurting through the night.

We have been ordering from this store for years with no problem. However, the last two times our order (according to their app) has sat in quality check for more than an hour and then when finally delivered our order was delivered to the wrong address never to be recovered. Our only option offered was another two hour wait or refund. Totally frustrating.

Ok so the service and prices were very decent. That part was good but as far as the food it just tasted bad. It was up to temperature but I didn't want Buffalo bites with cheese on them. I wanted hot sauce all over them. The chicken Buffalo sandwich too what was that about, I couldn't find the chicken,barely any sauce and onions gross. The pizza was Mediocre. Can't say I'd ever return or recommend. Like I said the employees did just fine.

I tried to leave feedback on the app but it won’t let me, so here goes. Who bright idea was it to have square cut the default on app? If I wanted Danny Trejo to cut my pizza I would have found a machete. I ordered BOTH pizzas cut ‘Pizza Cut’ but I can’t go back and check so maybe I only ordered one pizza cut. I DO KNOW I ORDERED AND PAID FOR EXTRA MUSHROOMS I counted 8 total pieces. How many come on a regular order. You’re competitors dump mushrooms on their pizzas at no charge, but I wanted to see how you did. I’m not impressed
